Site Engineer – Civil Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) 

Job Summary:​

The Site Engineer for MRO is responsible for assisting in the maintenance, repair, 

and operational activities of civil infrastructure and facilities. This role supports senior 

engineers and maintenance teams to ensure that all civil works are executed efficiently, 

safely, and in compliance with relevant standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

∙Assist in the inspection and assessment of buildings, roads, drainage systems, and 

other civil structures. 

∙Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules for routine and preventive tasks. 

∙Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance work. 

∙Monitor and ensure the quality and safety of ongoing repair and maintenance 

activities. 

∙Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and material usage. 

∙Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for civil MRO works. 

∙Provide technical support during emergency repairs or structural failures. 

∙Support in the procurement of materials and tools required for civil maintenance. 

∙Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. 

Skills and Qualifications: 

∙Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 

∙2–3 years of experience in civil maintenance or construction (internships count). 

∙Familiarity with construction materials, repair techniques, and building codes. 

∙Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. 

∙Good communication and reporting skills. 

∙Willingness to work on-site and respond to emergency repair calls.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope. 
• Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor, and summarize the progress of the project. 
• Prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders regarding the status of the project. 
• Work on the estimations for a given project. 
• Identify the risks and provide a mitigation plan promptly. 
• Generation of reports, invoices, and billing. 
• People's Management includes ensuring optimal retention of talent and improving the performance of team members through continuous feedback.

Experience and Expertise: 

• Overall 7-12 years of experience and at least 4 years of project delivery management experience. 
• Should have worked on SaaS products and have experience in handling a team (at least 10-15). 
• Sound knowledge of SDLC, and quality process with respect to delivery management.
• Experience in Mobile application development and programming knowledge is a plus.
• Good presentation skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with customers at all levels

strategy, security, and compliance 

• Use critical thinking skills to understand the pain points of business and generate desired

solution 

• Design of environment architecture with organizational IT architects and IT security 

• Create comprehensive solutions based on Microsoft Power platforms components like

Power App, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agent, Data verse and

SharePoint.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications 

Education: bachelor’s degree 

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platforms 

 Required Skills 

Experience in SharePoint Framework SPFx, SharePoint On-Premises (SP-2013) Basic Knowledge, SharePoint Online 

Familiarity with C#, ASP. Net MVC. Experienced in JavaScript and frameworks like React/Angular, HTML, and CSS, SharePoint 2016 

Knowledge of O365 products like Team, One Drive, One Note 

Basic Knowledge of the SharePoint Migration Tool

8 to 10 years of experience in wholesale, sales or business development areas preferably with

A2P SMS - Responsible for developing, driving and managing sales activities to grow revenues and direct margin in the A2P SMS field that support and exceed forecasts.

- Excellent understanding of the A2P SMS ecosystem with industry relationships within Bulk SMS.

- Experience with Enterprise would be plus - Proven experience in managing Wholesale customers

- Excellent understanding of the A2P SMS ecosystem with industry relationships within Bulk SMS.

- Handles day-to-day sales & buying activities with strong sales focus on specific destinations.

- Assuring Revenue Growth from assigned accounts on SMS A2P market

- Providing sales related support to assigned accounts

- Finding new opportunities, closing new deals for increasing SMS A2P traffic

Experience: -

Minimum 5 years of experience in the SMS A2P/P2P and SMS trading environment.

- International experience with Aggregator and Mobile Operators - Strong communication, negotiations and influencing skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team as well

- Energetic, target driven, initiative-taker and highly motivated

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated application penetration tests and provide suggestions to harden our products
• Participate regularly in the development and release process to identify and report security vulnerabilities in the code being shipped
• Conduct regular audits on all Features/APIs of the product and reports vulnerabilities to the development team
