Position title: (Junior) IT PLM System Engineer
Summary -
This role involves aiding in the implementation of CAD and PLM solutions while collaborating with global business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective, industry-standard solutions. It focuses on maintaining existing solutions and developing new solutions based on user feedback, grounded in industry best practices.
Additionally, identifying opportunities to simplify applications. The position also supports the standardization of engineering tools like CAD/CAM/CAE globally, inclusive of data analysis to identify root causes and resolve errors and operational issues.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of Teamcenter, including license management, Teamcenter Installation, Configuration, Deployments, maintenance, and update Teamcenter patches
- Independently work to implement enhancements
- Interact with business for important and impactful projects
- End user & customer satisfaction with current business process
- Conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and assisting issue resolution to ensure a stable and reliable PLM environment
- Support users / key users in functional area through an established Service Desk / ticketing system, concentrating on the incident and problem resolution. Execute end user training for appropriate areas
- Work as part of project team to deliver on the scope defined in the project
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter product configuration
