Job Summary:
A Customer Success Executive is responsible for ensuring that International & Domestics Clients have a positive experience with a company’s product or services, from onboarding through ongoing support and retention. Be the client’s go‑to
- Act as the first point of contact for everyday questions. Pull in the CEO/CTO/Partner only when needed.
- Send regular, clear updates. Set next steps and dates. Nudge gently but firmly for client deliverables (lists, approvals, sign‑offs).
- Run friendly product demos and help clients self‑serve so they’re not stuck waiting on us.
- Answer “how does this work?” in plain English. When there’s a request, document it and report to the Product team.
- QA runs and dashboards before sharing. Check data accuracy, consent, and eligibility.
Run studies smoothly
- Set up the essentials (WhatsApp/Meta Business, channels, permissions) with the tech team.
- Create and maintain simple templates for conversations, cohorts, outreach, and updates.
- Manage cohorts: load lists, schedule, monitor response health, fix issues, and rerun if necessary.
