Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Sales: Drive marketing and concept sales in B2C and B2B segments, generating revenue from colleges, corporates, and universities.

Team Management: Oversee and mentor teams across multiple verticals, including marketing, sales, administration, and technical departments.

Profit Center Accountability: Run the center as a profit center, meeting revenue goals and managing operational efficiency.

Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and successful execution of all activities within the center.

Target Achievement: Set and achieve center targets, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Leadership: Serve as a leader and mentor, guiding the team to meet objectives and maximize performance.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Developer located in Bengaluru. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside cross-functional teams to develop and implement user-friendly features. You will collaborate with the development team, contribute to the overall architecture of the application, and ensure high-quality code and documentation.

As a Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition , you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process and ensuring the acquisition of top-quality candidates to meet the organization's talent needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers and executives to understand staffing requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles for various positions within the organization.
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage a diverse pool of high-quality candidates.
3. Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
4. Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidates' credentials and employment history.
6. Actively participate in job fairs, industry events, and networking activities to promote the organization and build relationships with potential candidates.
7. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
8. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection decisions.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovative recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
3. Solid understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and strategies.
4. Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
5. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
8. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
9. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
10. Someone with relevant non-IT hiring experience is preferred.

Job Position - BlockChain Developer

Experience - 4+ Years

Job Location - Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Search, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies.

• Brainstorm and help evaluate applications for new tools and technologies as they continually evolve.

• Maintain and extend current client- and server-side applications responsible for integration and business logic.

• Be involved in the global blockchain community—work on implementing and integrating the latest improvement proposals.

• Document new solutions as well as maintain the existing ones.

Requirements:

• Total 4+ Years of experience in Backend Development and minimum 1+ years of experience in Ethereum, Blockchain

• Knowledge of any one of the programming languages: NodeJS, Java, GoLang, C, C++, PHP

• Basic understanding of blockchain technology: Bitcoin, Smart Contracts, Solidity, Cryptography

• Knowledge of private blockchains such as Hyper Ledger, and Corda is a plus

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap, and knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular/ React/ Vue is a plus.

• Knowledge in databases and database modeling: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

• Experience using Git for version control
