Job Title: State Sales Head – Dealer Development

Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (Office & Field Work)

Role Overview

State Sales Head – Dealer Development to drive state-level sales growth and franchise expansion. The role focuses on building and managing a high-performing sales structure through Area Sales Managers (ASMs) while expanding Management Role Franchises and Shop Franchises across the state.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience in FMCG, Retail, Cement, Paint, or Franchise-based businesses, capable of executing aggressive growth strategies and maintaining long-term franchise relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Appoint, train, guide, and monitor Area Sales Managers to achieve state-level sales objectives
• Lead recruitment and expansion of Management Role Franchises and Shop Franchises
• Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to maximize business potential
• Design and execute strategies for franchise growth, support, and market penetration
• Monitor ASM and franchise performance using KRAs & KPIs
• Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and competitor feedback to senior management
• Proactively resolve franchise and operational issues
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and compliance norms

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of revenue targets (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual)
• Number of new Management Role & Shop Franchises onboarded
• Performance and productivity of Area Sales Managers
• Franchise satisfaction and retention rate

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 7–10 years of proven sales leadership experience
• (Preferred industries: FMCG, Retail, Cement, Paint, Franchise Business)
• Strong people management and leadership capabilities
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel extensively within the state

Requires that any candidate know the M365 Collaboration environment. SharePoint Online, MS Teams. Exchange Online, Entra and Purview. Need developer that possess a strong understanding of Data Structure, Problem Solving abilities, SQL, PowerShell, MS Teams App Development, Python, Visual Basic, C##, JavaScript, Java, HTML, PHP, C.

Need a strong understanding of the development lifecycle, and possess debugging skills time management, business acumen, and have a positive attitude is a must and open to continual growth.

Capability to code appropriate solutions will be tested in any interview.

Knowledge of a wide variety of Generative AI models

Conceptual understanding of how large language models work

Proficiency in coding languages for data manipulation (e.g., SQL) and machine learning & AI development (e.g., Python)

Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI and Tableau (beneficial but not essential)

React JS Developers

Experience: 3-6 Years

Location: Bangalore (onsite)

Responsibilities:

Design and implement user interface components for JavaScript-based web applications

using React JS

 Work as a part of a small team that includes other react JS developers, designers, QA

experts, and managers

 Build app and UI components from prototypes and wireframes

 Built REST APIs for tight integrations with the Backend

 Write automated tests to ensure error-free code and performance

 Improve front-end performance by eliminating performance bottlenecks

 Create front-end modules with maximum code reusability and efficiency

 Work with third-party dependencies and APIs

 Work with Redux architecture to improve the performance of the websites/mobile apps

 Coordinate with the cross-functional teams to build apps in the stipulated time/budget

Essential Responsibilities:

• Software analysis, design, development, and customizations of software applications on IBMi
• Develop Design and test cases
• Prepare project technical delivery documents such as Technical Design Documents, analysis, documents, Unit Test Reports, and others
• Actively participate in software quality Engineering process activities
• Stakeholder interactions daily

• Extract data (text, images, and videos) from multiple documents in different formats.

• Work closely with Project/Business/Research teams to provide mined data/intelligence for analysis.
