About the role

We are seeking an AI Engineer to build and implement AI systems for content production at scale. You'll work at the intersection of engineering and content designing prompt pipelines, integrating generative models, and building the tooling that turns source material into finished creative output. The ideal candidate is technically strong but also has taste: someone who understands story and craft, and can tell the difference between output that's technically correct and output that's actually good.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on prompt pipelines and multi-agent workflow components
• Design and integrate agentic workflows orchestrate multi-step, tool-using agents that plan, call models, and hand off between stages in production
• Deploy and serve open-source models set up inference endpoints, manage GPU compute, and optimize for latency and cost
• Write evals compare outputs against references, quantify quality, and feed results back into the pipeline
• Work on data pipelines: structured extraction from messy source text, localization, similarity/dedup
• Debug and maintain pipeline stages in production

What you bring:  

• (1+/3+) years of engineering experience, or a strong portfolio of shipped projects
• Solid Python fundamentals clean, working, readable code
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering (personal projects count)
• Comfort with Git, REST APIs, and working in a Linux environment
• A feel for content and narrative you can judge whether generated output is actually good, not just valid
• Curiosity and clear communication you ask good questions and don't stay stuck silently

 Preferred

• Exposure to agent/orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI)
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or RAG (Qdrant, pgvector)
• Hands-on work with open-source generative media models Flux, LTX, Wan, or similar
• Experience deploying open-source models for inference (vLLM, ComfyUI, Replicate/Cog, Docker + GPU)
• Experience writing evals or LLM-as-judge scoring
• Node.js and Fastapi familiarity, or experience deploying on AWS

Must have: Clear developer/engineer background — design, develop, engineer ServiceNow solutions (not just admin/support)

Must have: JavaScript — Business Rules, Client/Server-side scripting, Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideAjax, etc.)

Must have: Integration experience — REST & SOAP APIs, cross-system UI integrations

Must have: ACL (Access Control Lists) — workflow-level access control, security rules

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the entire implementation process including driving the definition of improvements based on business needs and architectural improvements.

• Review code for quality and implementation of best practices.

• Promote coding, testing, and deployment best practices through hands-on research and demonstration.

Requirements:

• Engineering graduate with 3+ years of experience in software product development.

• Proficient in Python, Django, Pandas, GitHub, and AWS.

• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

• Strong Experience in designing REST APIs.

• Experience with working on scalable interactive web applications.

• A clear understanding of software design constructs and their implementation.

• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python and multi-process architecture.

• Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.

• Good understanding of Test Driven Development.

• Unit and Integration testing.

• Preferred exposure to Finance domain.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

The tech stack looks like the below (expect this to change as we scale):

1. Typescript for APIs (REST and GraphQL)
2. Kafka, Spark, and data warehouses for ML pipelines (spark on python/scala)
3. Solidity + hardhat for smart contracts (in the future, rust, go and move)

You can expect to do some or all of the following:

1. Read through protocols’ whitepapers and smart contracts to derive metrics and analyze risks
2. Architect the backend for APIs, async jobs, and blockchain integration
3. Build clean, concise APIs for customer integration, along with the documentation
4. Setup, run and maintain full and archive nodes across different chains
5. Integrate with multiple partners like exchanges and custody providers
6. Fool-proof security across the stack - encryption, hashing, privacy, VPC, etc.
7. Infrastructure as code - build terraform scripts and ensure easy replication of the infra across different regions
8. Research the top DeFi protocols to uncover better insights for our customers and evaluate their risk profiles, security, and historical returns
9. Manage production deployments, logging, and monitoring

We expect you to be fairly comfortable with working with both web3 and web2 stacks. We do not expect that you have web3 experience on day 1, but you should be willing to wear multiple hats, learn things quickly and move fast.

What You'll Do:

• Understand the upcoming development requirement of product in depth.
• Design product architecture as per vision, insights and concurred direction.
• Design and develop the APIs using Java, Spring, and Hibernate required for the product and expose them to be used by the front-end developers.
• Design the database and tables in MySQL/PostGreSQL/NoSQL (whichever is suitable for the need of the product) and guide the team to utilize them in the best possible way.
• Get involved in continuous maintenance of the product and get the bugs fixed in time.
• Coordinate the workflow between the UX Designers and front-end developers.
• Work on integrating flows with external tools - Segment, Branch, Clevertap.

Ideal Profile:

• Proficiency in Core Java & Spring framework.
• Expertise in Web Service technologies.
• Experience in building the architecture as per the product’s need.
• Experience in building REST APIs using Java/Spring.
• Excellent knowledge in Databases and code integrations such as Postgres SQL, SQL Server, MySQL.
• Experience in full life cycle development of a product (specifically mobile products) is a plus.
• Experience with Java/Spring-Boot, Hibernate Cloud Services, AWS.
• Experience with security principles and frameworks.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token and OAuth2 - Familiarity with code versioning tools (primarily Git).
• Essential skills are Core Java/J2EE, functional aspects, Spring Framework, Tomcat, SVN, Git, Postman/Newman.
• Should have worked in Agile methodologies.
• Good object-oriented and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills along with the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Desired Skills

1. Expereience in C#, Web API, .NET (Core and Framework), SQL Server.
2. Leading a team designing and implementing software solutions using the Microsoft Azure stack primarily, with scope to also work with open-source technologies.
3. Designing, building, testing, automating, monitoring, and supporting significant components within a modern digital service platform.
4. Helping to build and lead an effective, cross-functional squad practicing agile ways of working (Scrum, DevOps, Design Sprints) in tight collaboration with local and remote teams
5. Microservices and server less architecture with service fabric, functions and API apps, service bus.
6. Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code and GIT, Azure CLI (Cloud Shell), Azure DevOps.
7. Expertise in with Azure Active Directory, VNETs, NSGs, ASGs, OAuth and OpenID Connect, Azure traffic manager, CDN, App Gateway and load balancers.
8. Hands on experience of executing cloud native projects in Azure with DevOps
