 and purchase, has been limited to classifieds (DIYs) so far.

 All retail & services industries across India and the globe witnessed the shift from DIY startups to more

 fundamental DFY unicorns - eg. Justdial to Flipkart, OLX to Spinny. Except Property buying.

 With the technology and the capability to execute millions of property inspections across geographies

 at the same time, by deploying a white-collar gig-workforce, Settlin is the first and only end-to-end

 platform for resale and purchase of residential Real Estate.

 What is your role?

 Engineers at Settlin are expected to

-

 be strong problem solvers with a deep understanding of how to make software modular. If

 you’ve ever built a complete application/module all by yourself, that’s a major plus.

 What should you have mandatorily?

 At least 1 years of Relevant Work Experience in React, MongoDB and Javascript with state

 management tools like Redux.

We are looking for a great Mern Stack developer. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components using reactjs, React native and backend with nodejs.

Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Responsibilities

Skills :

• 2+ years hands-on Experience with complete mern reactjs,nodejs,expressjs,mongodb or mysql,sql
• Experience in React with latest versions, using Hooks.
• Experience in Redux with any middlewares like redux-thunk.
• Good to have experience in SASS/LESS and typescript.
• Expert in any one of the modern JavaScript MV-VM/MVC frameworks (React, JQuery, NodeJS,)
• Design and Develop APIs/ components using Node JS, Express JS, Elastic Search, Micro services and AWS or Azure Cloud & Experience with React-Native application development.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle for both iOS and Android

• Strong knowledge in RESTful web services.
• Participate in agile processes like story grooming, sprint planning, daily scrum, troubleshoot production issues etc.
• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
• Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
• Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
• Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.

About the role:

Looking for a fullstack developer with a minimum of 3 years experience in Vue.js (or any other frontend framework) and Node.js

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience in building REST APIs
• Experience in building, managing, and enhancing backend / server-side development using java / java scripts. Expertise in NodeJS is preferred
• The person must have built systems that consume and process volumes of data from various sources. Experience in handling and managing data in NoSQL databases such as Mongodb.
• Extensive experience of building custom UI for web using the popular frameworks like angular and react. Experience in developing mobile UI is nice to have
• Experience of working with code repositories such as Github and GitLab.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience of working on Cloud environments and experience in AWS is preferred.
