Conceptualize, rationalize and drive multiple simultaneous projects to deliver engineering work across the portfolio within deadlines and budgets. Experience in managing high performing individuals, building roadmaps, defining processes, delivering projects as well as analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection and communicating results throughout the organization.

Responsibilities  Work across teams to organize and accelerate delivery by ensuring all teams are delivering in a coordinated manner.

 Understand the business strategy and design approaches within product, program or domain effectively.

 Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data / mechanisms for visibility, ensuring the program stays aligned with organization objectives.

 Proactively identify risks & issues and ensure mitigation efforts are being carried out throughout the software development lifecycle.

 Keep abreast of evolving technology landscape.

 Will provide technical leadership to software engineers by coaching and monitoring throughout end-to-end software development, maintenance and lifecycle.

 Analyse and provide input for the requirements and provide impact assessment for the features or bug fixes.

 Collaborate with external partner teams, business teams and other cross-functional teams effectively in driving the projects and the point of contact on the team. Technologies – Extensive experience in PHP Laravel, AJAX, Bootstrap, React/Angular JS, Javascript, HTML, HTML 5, CSS, MySQL 

• Clear fundamentals, well versed with OOP.
• Demonstrable experience developing clean, scalable code.
• Understanding of CI/CD, Github.
• Experience optimizing existing code and queries for performance and scalability.
• Experience developing and consuming restful web services.
• Agile methodologies

Nice to have - LiteSpeed Server Experience, Azure Cloud

Willing to learn – MEAN and MERN stacks, Cloud Technologies, AI-ML 

Industry Experience – 2+ years (if you think that with your lesser experience, you can beat others, you are open to applying)

Job Description:

1. Design, implement and deliver custom solutions using the existing robotics framework.
2. Debug issues, do root-cause analysis and apply fixes.
3. Design and implement tools to facilitate application development and testing.
4. Participate in architectural improvements.
5. Work with team members in deployment and field testing.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree / Masters in Engineering (ECE or CSE preferred)
2. Work experience of 10+ years in software programming.
3. Proficiency in Python programming for Linux based systems.
4. Full understanding of software engineering.
5. Basic Knowledge of Robot Operating System(ROS) is a plus.
6. Good understanding of the algorithms and control loops.
7. Working knowledge of Git: creating, merging branches, cherry-picking commits, examining the diff between two hashes. Advanced Git usage is a plus.
8. Knowledge of video streaming from edge devices is a plus.
9. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to own the project’s tasks end-to-end with minimum hand-holding
10. Learn and adapt new technologies & skills. Work on projects independently with timely delivery & defect free approach.

1. Overall 3 to 4+ years of experience is required with the following skills.
2. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Nodejs, Angular. Expresses, Reactjs, AJAX, and jQuery
3. Good working knowledge of working database platforms like dynamo DB MYSQL and Mongo DB Experience
4. working on wasp user interface technologies HTML and JavaScript, Knowledge of web servers and app servers AWS and MongoDB.
5. You need to work in an agile cross-functional team to create a customer experience and implement high-quality code into production.
6. Work on bug fixes and improvement of application performance.
7. Hands on experience with a framework with Angular JS and Node JS
8. Hands on experience with utility library with jQuery lib, bootstrap.js, Angularjs, Bootstrap, Date Picker, canvasjs.min.js, Socket.io, Moment timezone.js
9. Good Knowledge of AWS Amazon web services.
10. Should be Proficient in Linux
11. Experience on Node.js and Json rest APIs developments and web services knowledge are highly preferred.
12. Knowledge of cross-browser platform issues and implementation is highly preferred.

Proficient in Java 8 Version, J2EE and related technologies.
• Experienced in using spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, messaging systems.
• Good understanding of relational database performance concepts and usage of ORM frameworks such as Hibernate
• Expert understanding of the object-oriented design and programming concepts

• Solid experience building applications on top of RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge/experience with Spring MVC

• 4+ years of experience building large scalable systems
• Strong experience in agile methodologies and test-driven development (TDD)
• Experience in software development using open source technologies
• Knowledge in domain-driven design, design patterns, and enterprise integration patterns
• Must have experience in delivering software via complete Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline

• A history of working on side/hobby projects or contributing to open source projects is a plus
• You have worked in a startup before
