Roles and Responsibilities :

• Experience in sourcing candidates for various roles (e.g., SEO Manager, SEO Project Manager, IT PM, Content Writer, ).
• Well aware with Naukri,Linkedin and other job portals.
• Coordination with the candidate till the date of joining.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring teams.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting creation to candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Build modern Reactive Web and Mobile applications aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Implement integrations with REST APIs, databases, and external systems.
• Collaborate with architects, tech leads, and cross-functional teams for smooth deployments.
• Create reusable, maintainable components following OutSystems best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
• Manage daily activities and tasks for clients by Line Manager
• Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
• Responding to clients' requests as they arise in real time
• Maintaining an accurate record of all necessary documents pertaining to the brand.
• Coordinate with various internal teams to deliver Creative, Data Analytics, Tech and Operational Services
• Develop a relationship with clients and manage their expectations (Kudos if you can balance the two together!)
• Upsell! Always be on the lookout to identify opportunities and convert them to grow revenue
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals
• Take responsibility for the quality of work, the accuracy of the brief, and the team’s output
• Maintain weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports 
• Meeting clients to discuss strategy and report on progress
