About the Role
We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, handling calls and correspondence, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and professionally assist visitors, clients, partners, and guests.
- Manage the reception desk and ensure a professional first impression of POSSPOLE.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate visitor access with the concerned teams.
- Manage meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements.
- Receive and distribute courier, mail, and other deliveries.
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other departments for routine requirements.
- Maintain reception and common areas in an organized and presentable manner.
- Support basic administrative and office coordination activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and visitor information.
- Handle other front-office responsibilities assigned by the management.
