▌ ABOUT THE ROLE

Real estate is one of BXI's most exciting and high-value categories. We enable real estate brands, developers, and brokers to trade inventory and services through structured barter transactions. We are looking for a sharp, networked, and deal-hungry BD professional to source and close high-value real estate barter deals across commercial and residential segments.

▌ WHAT YOU'LL DO

•    Source and close real estate barter deals across commercial and residential categories

•    Identify and onboard real estate developers, brokers, and corporate clients onto the BXI platform

•    Build and leverage a strong real estate network to generate leads and close high-value transactions

•    Pitch barter solutions consultatively — understanding client needs and structuring win-win deals

•    Manage the full deal lifecycle — from prospecting to negotiation to closure

•    Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets aggressively

•    Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide regular forecasting and reporting

•    Collaborate with internal teams (category, operations, finance) to ensure seamless deal execution

▌ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•    2+ years of experience in real estate sales, BD, or brokerage

•    Proven track record of sourcing and closing commercial and/or residential real estate deals

•    Strong existing network in the real estate ecosystem (developers, brokers, corporates)

•    Experience or understanding of barter, media, or non-cash transactions is a big plus

•    High-energy, target-driven mindset with a passion for deal-making

•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

•    Ability to work independently, manage multiple deals simultaneously, and drive closures

•    Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and strong business acumen

Coordinates with developers, designers, and clients

Required Skills

• Experience in developing business solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware).
• Good knowledge of SFCC / Demandware Script, Java OOP/Node.js.
• Expertise in RESTful web services, Ajax-driven client applications, and includes Advanced JavaScript architectures.
• Good experience in SFRA
• Strong background of World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), accessibility guidelines, model view controller (MVC), agile development, and tools.
• Experience in using Pipelines, JS controllers, ISML templates and real-time data exchange using web services.
• Hands-on experience of integrating custom services into SFCC. Good exposure of payment, tax, and operation management suite (OMS) integrations.
• Good understanding of Business Manager and configuring jobs.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Exposure to technical reports and understanding of Demandware limitations, such as quotas.
• Proficient in Demandware foundational concepts with good knowledge of SiteGenesis, UX Studio, content assets or slots, and Demandware Catalog.
• SFCC certifications would be preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated to complete tasks independently.
• Candidates ready to join sooner will be preferred.

Required Skills:

• 2+ year of experience in Development in JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands on experience on Relationl Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
