Responsibilities:
- Driving the Digital Product Development for Nutrabay, in an analytical and structured way across platforms (Web, Mobile & App).
- Driving various growth initiatives at Nutrabay such as partner platforms and modules..
- Owning various modules such as affiliate management systems, referral and loyalty and evolve them in line with business objectives and consumer effectiveness
- Create simple and effective product documentation including Product Requirement Docs(PRD’s), Research Docs, Sprint Reviews etc. ensuring seamless transition of features and tasks between cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring timely product sprints and removing any bottlenecks that could hinder the development sprints.
- Tracking features success via success metrics through the month post every feature/module launch and update.
- Ideate Product features & drive iterations based on qualitative and quantitative user feedback.
- Designing workflows and wireframes for digital internal & external modules while ensuring a high-class User Experience(UX) on web and mobile.
- Work closely with engineers to ship features and product improvements.
- Ensure prioritization, timely execution, quality, resolving issues faced during operationalization and ensuring success metrics are met.
- You should understand, track and optimize the product journey for buyers based on data.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support, marketing, sales and business to develop launch strategy, product messaging and training
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to the product vision and business strategy.
About you:
- Have 2-3 years of experience ideally working on Consumer-Facing, Large-Scale growth products.

Nutrabay was born out of a problem that all health and nutrition stores in India could not actually ensure the authenticity of products they deliver as they were all a marketplace. This is not the best situation when you need to ensure 100% authenticity of products as the website selling these never know what the 3rd party seller is actually sending to the customer via their website. This is where we saw a huge problem to be solved. Job Description
- Work as an Automation Engineer to ensure continuous delivery of the product.
- Create/Update the test environment, code and execute automated test scenarios.
- Execute functional tests and maintain test cases.
- Work with the quality, development and field teams to ensure product quality and usability.

Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Desired experience range is 4 to 8 years
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or other technical discipline.
- Expertise in automation language, tool, and scripts such as Java, Selenium or TestCafe, Postman
- Must have proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate, verify, communicate & report software application issues.
- Preferable but not necessary knowledge of any one of the public Cloud platforms either AWS, Azure or GCP is preferred.
- Preferable but not necessary knowledge and/or experience of a Security product
- Design, implement, and test production- grade core robotic software components possibly including perception systems, motion planning systems, or command and control systems. • Design, implement, and test software integration components with other robotic platforms and warehouse management systems

Your responsibilities:
We have three portals for different types of users and they are written in Angular. Your primary responsibility will be to provide impeccable user experience to the users on all forms of devices. You will be leading the effort of overhaul of one of the portals which we want to partly rewrite. Your Angular, JavaScript and design skills will matter the most here. Apart from this, you will be involved in all design discussions and code reviews and expected to give your inputs to ensure the best frontend development practices are followed. You will support your team members when they are facing challenges, and mentor them when appropriate.
Must-have Skills:
- 4-8 years of total experience
- 2+ years of experience in Angular. You must be pro at it. The team will be looking up to you for making most out of Angular.
