ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer with strong architectural capability, excellent optimisation skills, and deep hands-on experience in modern data platforms. The ideal candidate will have advanced SQL skills, strong expertise in Databricks, and practical experience working across cloud environments such as AWS and Azure. This role requires end-to-end ownership of complex data engineering initiatives, including architecture design, data governance implementation, and performance optimisation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures, pipelines, and integration frameworks.
• Develop, optimise, and maintain complex SQL queries, transformations, and Databricks-based data workflows.
• Architect and deliver high-performance ETL/ELT processes across cloud platforms.
• Implement and enforce data governance standards, including data quality, lineage, and access control.
• Partner with analytics, BI (Power BI), and business teams to enable reliable, governed, and high-value data delivery.
• Optimise large-scale data processing, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve data pipelines and platform performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices, standards, and documentation.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Proven industry experience as a Senior Data Engineer, with ownership of high-complexity projects.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience handling large, complex datasets.
• Strong expertise with Databricks for data engineering workloads.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms — AWS and Azure.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and optimisation techniques.
• Familiarity with BI and reporting environments such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data quality and governance
• Proficiency in python or another programming language in a plus.

Job Description : 

• - Lead Graphic Design Projects & Team: Oversee and guide the designers across multiple projects, ensuring that designs are visually compelling, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• - Work closely with fellow designers, internal teams, to define design requirements, align on visual goals, and ensure designs meet project brief. 
• - Develop high-quality visual assets for both digital and print, including logo & branding, website graphics, social media content, email campaigns, brochures, banners, and other marketing collateral.
• - Design Iteration & Feedback: Provide feedback, iterate on designs, and refine visuals based on inputs and user feedback to ensure the final product aligns with business goals and user needs.
• - Branding & Identity: Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in design across all touchpoints and platforms, both digital and print.
• - Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers & Interns, helping them enhance their design skills, follow best practices, and grow in their careers.

Profile: Product Support Engineer

🔴 Experience: 1 year as Product Support Engineer.

What you’ll do at Ather:

• You will be developing the various Applications for the cloud to process data connecting with the vehicle 

• You shall work with the Lead and product team to define and deliver features. 

• Be part of the Agile team, to define Sprint work content definition. 

• Work with cross functional teams to drive overall feature delivery. 

• Be part of the initiatives that achieve the functional requirements of the team. Explore technical feasibility of solutions, propose and evaluate tech stacks. 

• Performance tuning and benchmarking of the features 

Here’s what we are looking for: 

• Strong knowledge and Hands on experience with Nodejs, RestAPI, Java Script, Java Development experience in cloud based infrastructure 

• Strong fundamentals in any fullstack of your choice, OOPS concepts, Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of Java, React, React Native, Android Native , HTML5, Firebase and Go Programming is a plus. 

• Knowledge on CI/CD pipelines, JIRA, UML, Static Code Analysis tools and Unit test framework is required 

• Knowledge on the S/W communication protocols like gRPC, HTTP, MQTT is a plus Cross platform development experience would be needed. 

• Knowledge of Cloud Based solutions would be a plus. 

• App development for a product which is beyond a mobile platform would be a plus. Experience with Telematics/Infotainment projects would be a great advantage. 

• Strong experience with Agile methodology, along with tools such as JIRA, Confluence. 

• Flashing and debugging tools experience is a plus.
