Every asset you design has to make a skeptical, data-driven healthcare finance leader trust an AI product with their revenue. This isn’t a “make it look pretty” role. It’s design in service of enterprise credibility.

What you'll actually own

• Sales enablement collateral: Pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI sheets, and case study layouts used directly in enterprise sales cycles
• Product & concept illustration: Visual explainers for how our AI agents work (workflow diagrams, platform architecture visuals, before/after outcome graphics)
• Marketing assets: Blog graphics, social creative, email templates, event/webinar collateral, newsletter (The RCM Pulse) visuals
• Brand consistency: Maintain and evolve visual identity across web, decks, and outbound marketing so CombineHealth looks like one company everywhere it shows up
• Web support: Work with marketing/dev to produce and update visual assets for combinehealth.ai (hero graphics, testimonial cards, case study pages)
• Fast-turnaround requests: Conference booth graphics, LinkedIn creative, ad hoc leadership requests — healthcare sales cycles move on their own clock, not yours
• Video content: Edit customer testimonial videos, product demo walkthroughs, webinar recordings, and short-form social clips (cutting, captions, basic color/sound cleanup, motion titles)
• Audio cleanup: Clean up recorded testimonials, webinars, and voiceovers (noise reduction, leveling, syncing to video) — not studio mixing, but broadcast-clean output for marketing use
• Image editing: Retouching, background/asset prep, and photo compositing for web, decks, and social

What we need you to already be good at

• 2+ years designing for B2B / enterprise / SaaS — not exclusively consumer, D2C, or agency-portfolio work
• Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign at minimum)
• Ability to turn dense, technical, or data-heavy content (product workflows, KPIs, case study numbers) into visuals a non-technical buyer instantly understands
• A portfolio showing real sales/marketing collateral shipped for a company — not just concept work or dribbble shots
• Comfort with isometric/flat illustration style for tech products (review our site’s existing illustration language before applying — you’ll be expected to extend it, not reinvent it on day one)
• Video editing: Working knowledge of Premiere Pro or CapCut/DaVinci Resolve — cutting, captions, basic motion titles, color/audio cleanup. This is a requirement here, not a “plus,” because it’s a core deliverable
• Audio editing: Comfortable with Audacity or Adobe Audition-level cleanup (noise reduction, leveling) — not sound design or mixing
• A portfolio or reel that includes at least one edited video (not just static design work) — this is non-negotiable given the scope above

What will get you filtered out immediately

• No live portfolio link, or a portfolio that’s 100% personal/passion projects with zero client or company work
• No evidence of designing for a technical or enterprise audience
• Applying with “2 years experience” that’s actually 2 years of freelance logo work — we need production experience inside a team, on a deadline, with stakeholders who push back
• Portfolio shows only static design with zero video/audio work — given the scope of this role, that’s a hard filter, not a “we’ll train them up” gap
