Bansal Classes in Chinchwad is a renowned educational institute specializing in IIT, JEE, and NEET coaching. We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of nurturing future leaders.

Job Description:

· The Manager is responsible for the sales for the month target, customer service, security and safety in accordance with the branch objectives.

· Develops new business, provides a superior level of customer service.

· The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the branch by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable business achieve

· 85% Sales and 15% Operations

· Achieve the sales target in day & monthly basis

· Team handling

· Recording and Reporting to your higher official Head

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Branch Manager, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy and the ability to connect with students and parents.
• Understanding of the IIT, JEE, and NEET coaching industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for education and a commitment to the success of our students.
• The ability to handle branch responsibilities effectively.

Requirements:

• Should have done MBA in HR
• Should be well versed with the concepts of Recruitment, HR Operations-Payroll, Attendance, Time Management etc.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good if has an experience of HR Operations Internship

Details About Internship:

• 3 months of internship under our lead consultants
• Will be trained into KRONOS (KRONOS product) initially for the 3 months.
• On boarding will be based on the performance in the internship.

Experience:6 months to 1 year

• Collaborate with teams to develop and support the smooth 24x7 operation of our service.
• Create prototypes and proofs-of-concept for iterative development.
• Stay updated with emerging tech cultures and implement them in production systems.
• Develop scalable, long-term strategies to aid the company’s 10X growth.
• Ensure content quality and consistency of the brand.
• Reduce technical debt with quality coding

• BTech degree in computer science or related field.
• 4-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of any of the databases like MySQL, NoSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
• Experience in Java and web technologies.
• Experience in scripting languages like Python, PHP, etc.
• Hands-on experience with systems that are asynchronous, RESTful and demand concurrency.
• Knowledge of best software engineering practices for all stages of software development life cycle

• Experience in software / web application architecture, estimates, design and development experience
• Knowledge of formal methods and techniques in software development
• Experience / Knowledge in the following technologies/languages/libraries/frameworks:
  • Primary Experience in C#, NodeJS and React JS.
  • Add on experience in HTML5, CSS, jQuery, JSON, API, Angular JS, AWS / Azure.
  • Experience with Version Control Software (GIT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversight of recruitment delivery and operations. Partner closely with the business teams to ensure
• Sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with People’s strategies.
• Use industry knowledge and experience to identify and attract the best talent in technical or business
• baseline.
• Determining current hiring needs and producing forecasts
• Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
• Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes/tools to drive efficiency and improve the quality of hires
• Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools
• Actively leverage a network/user group base to promote the brand and tap into potential talent.
• Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
• Suggest measures for improving employee retention

The ideal candidate must -

• At least 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar TA role - Experience in Tech hiring is a big plus.
• Experience in hiring for Start-ups is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
• Have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
•  Have a willingness to be flexible: Works beyond what is described in the job description.

• 2+ years of experience participating in the delivery of technology services.
• A proven ability to learn new applications & innovate in technology
• Strong Experience in technologies like Node, Webservices and Microservices
• Experience with cloud components and services and containerization technologies is desirable
• Exposure to ReactJS mandatory
• Experience working with multiple types of datastores: Mongo DB, SQL
• Experience in integrating, designing and developing solutions is desirable
• Experience with CI/CD and TDD is desirable
• Frameworks - Express , Hapi , feathers
• Strong knowledge in Javascript
