Rekise Marine is a startup focused on sustainably enhancing the utility of oceans through

autonomous robotic infrastructure. Our efforts center on developing advanced autonomous

technology for the maritime industry, serving both defense and commercial sectors globally. We

specialize in creating autonomous vessels—both surface and underwater—as well as

autonomous port infrastructure. Currently, we are building the flagship autonomous platform of

the Indian Navy.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Robotics Engineer to join our team and contribute to

the development of resilient, robust autonomous marine vessels. As part of our dynamic

startup journey, you will collaborate closely with our experienced engineers and the founding

members of the company, This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience

in cutting-edge robotics technologies, such as navigation algorithms, control systems, sensor

fusion, computer vision, ROS, ROS2, Gazebo, Unity Sim, SLAM, and other robotics

technologies. You will be responsible for developing, and testing components, systems, and

simulations for autonomy. This immersive experience will provide you with a comprehensive

understanding of the challenges and intricacies involved in developing robust autonomous

systems for marine environments.

Key Responsibilities

● Evaluate and implement algorithms for autonomous navigation, planning, control, and

perception.

● Develop modular, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices.

● Debug issues, fix bugs, and write test cases to improve code quality.

● Contribute to internal tools for visualization, performance testing, and utility scripts.

● Document processes, test results, and contribute to reports and presentations.

● Enhance the capabilities of the simulator to achieve a more realistic representation of

the vessel and its surroundings.

Required Skills & Experience

● Bachelor's or dual degree in Mechatronics, Computer Science and Engineering,

Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering,

Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering

● Proficient in C++ and Python with strong debugging skills.

● Familiarity with object-oriented design methodologies and common design patterns,

along with foundational knowledge in software engineering.

● Experience using Git for version control.

● Experienced in the Linux development environment and build tools like CMake.

● Experience working with robotics frameworks, including Robot Operating System (ROS)

and Gazebo.

● Understanding of the operation and integration of common robotics sensors, such as

LIDAR, ultrasonic, and IMU sensors.

● Understanding of robotics subsystems, including planning, control systems, localization,

perception, and drivers.

Responsibilities:

 Ensure product delivery is fast, low-cost and sustainable.

 Take responsibility from development to customer support.

 Research and implement things wherever needed, improve efficiency using

automation, and methods like test driven development.

 Setting up events for user, performance and error analytics.

 Participate in product and design ideation, collaborate with the team to

implement high-quality features.

Skills & Qualifications

 2 years of experience in software development preferably B2C experience.

 Experience in React native, Javascript.

 Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux).

 Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (ES6 & ES5 ).

 Familiarity with RESTful APIs.

 Experience in working with the MERN stack or similar frameworks

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of .NET development experience (ASP.Net 3.5 or greater and C# 4 or greater).
• Good knowledge of MVC, Entity Framework, and Web API/WCF.
• ASP.NET Core knowledge is preferred.
• Creating APIs / Using third-party APIs
• Working knowledge of Angular is preferred.
• Knowledge of Stored Procedures and experience with a relational database (MSSQL 2012 or higher).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented development principles
• Working knowledge of web, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Bootstrap framework
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Ability to create reusable C# libraries
• Must be able to write clean comments, readable C# code, and the ability to self-learn.
• Working knowledge of GIT

About this role:

• You will be working with the WiFi team at Arista, developing cutting edge and next generation WiFi solutions in a fast-paced environment. The WiFi team is responsible for the end to end development of the Cloud managed WiFi product portfolio of Arista. This specific position is for the WiFi AccessPoint team.
• As a core member of the AccessPoint team, you will be working closely with relevant teams to understand product requirements, design the solution, build the software and deliver it for final validation and customer deployment.
• You will also keep track of new and emerging technologies and their impact on Arista products, come up with new and innovative ideas to improve and differentiate the product and help Arista become a leading player in the Campus space.
• You will work closely with sales and support teams to push new solutions, understand customer needs and pain points and help resolve escalations.
• You will not be limited to a single aspect of the product, it will be broad encompassing many different aspects including but not limited to developing new Access Points, designing and implementing new features, tracking new technologies and working closely with the sales and customer teams.

Requirements:

• Strong engineering and Computer Science fundamentals

• Expected to have a strong background in software development and good understanding of systems and networking areas with the knowledge of the WiFi area as an added bonus.

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience

• Well versed with programming in one of C/C++ languages

• Experience working in a Linux environment, developing applications or Linux drivers

• Proven experience in any of the below:

1. Network device drivers, operating system internals, Kernels, compilers, SOC architecture
2. Experience in developing Wi-Fi features (802.11), WLAN MAC Protocol, system integration, evaluate various performance parameters.
3. User space development for connectivity related products (Wireless Lan access points/ controllers, networking equipment) in one or more of following areas:

• HostAPD, Portal, RADIUS, AAA, Identity and role management, Radsec

• Tunnels, Firewall, Iptables, Flow Classification, QoS, TLS, DTLS Preferred Skills

• Experience with Wi-Fi device drivers on Linux.

• Hands-on experience in working with one or more WIFI chipset platforms

• Good System Level understanding of the Wireless AP functionality

• Experience in developing Wi-Fi features, system integration, evaluate various performance parameters

As a EV Technical Expert / Product Manager, you will be responsible for understanding of electrification trends, markets, competition and developing the right technical requirements for the products needed in the EV portfolio.
