Brief:

As a product manager, you’ll be the voice of reason for our entire product ecosystem. Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze customer needs, collaborate with key stakeholders to ideate and deliver compelling solutions that create incremental value for customers
- Create buy-in for product vision across all stakeholders
- Develop positioning strategies that can drive growth and improve market share
- Create and maintain detailed product requirements and roadmap
- Create and track product success metrics and use them to identify problems and opportunities to pursue
- Work with designers to build wireframes, validate and translate them into full-blown designs

Requirements:
- At least 6 years experience as a product manager at a B2C startup, with war stories to share

- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

About the role
Client is hiring an Oracle Technical/Integration Consultant to design and deliver integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and eCommerce systems (OMS, WMS, TMS, payment gateways, CRM). You will lead integration design, development and support for large-scale financial transformation and eCommerce flows.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and OMS/WMS/TMS/eCommerce platforms using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Define integration architecture, data flows and error-handling strategies for high-volume eCommerce transactions.
- Implement and manage integrations on OIC, Oracle SOA Suite, API Gateway, BPEL and OCI.
- Lead technical discussions with business and IT stakeholders; translate business requirements into integration specs.
