Job Title: Project Manager or Program Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Exp. – 7 to 10 Years

Location – Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across IT and Telecom domains from initiation to closure

• Apply Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies based on project needs

• Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and demos

• Drive collaboration among internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless delivery

• Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, trackers, milestones and logs

• Ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget while managing multiple priorities

• Define scope, feasibility and deliverables during project initiation phase

• Monitor KPIs and proactively manage risks, blockers and project issues

• Maintain transparent and structured communication with clients and stakeholders

• Conduct client meetings for requirement gathering and expectation management

• Execute risk management practices to reduce project delivery obstacles

• Perform budget tracking, cost monitoring and financial reporting with corrective actions

• Prepare and deliver presentations for clients, leadership and internal teams

• Travel as required for project engagements including short-term or extended onsite support

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for tracking, reporting and analysis

Mandatory Skills

• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in IT and Telecom

• Hands-on experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid models

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello and Confluence

• Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making abilities

Desirable Skills

• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams

• Experience in client-facing roles with direct customer interactions

• Ability to conduct financial analysis and budget forecasting

• Vendor management experience

Strong Full-Stack Engineering Profiles (Python + React)

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have a 2+ YOE in Full-stack development using Python (backend) and React.js (frontend)

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong hands-on experience in cloud platforms - AWS or GCP

Mandatory (Education) – B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or IT (BCA / MCA also acceptable).

Mandatory (Company) – IT Services/ Product startup companies or niche consulting firms (e.g., ThoughtWorks, EPAM, Persistent, Happiest Minds).

Preferred

Preferred (Experience 1) – Exposure to serverless architectures (AWS Lambda) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred (Experience 2) – Understanding of modern DevOps practices, cloud-native deployments, and rapid prototyping.

• Work Hours: 8 Hours per day, 160 hours per month
• Shift: 10 AM-7 AM IST (Including Lunch hour)
• Work shifts need to be flexible to accommodate client calls in EST.

We are looking for a solid firmware testing professional who can intuitively develop test plans and test tools as needed.

This individual will be accountable for driving day-to-day execution and must be able to understand the existing system and its implementation, then architect test strategy and tools to ensure solid deliverables for external customers.

Design and drive integration and test effort Work with system/software/hardware engineers to understand system requirements and limitations to see through what needs to be tested. Prioritize test effort and development as our deliverable plans may be adjusted Proactively learn our system design and implementation to drive test effort along with each milestone.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in test-in-loop development (SIL, HIL).

Proficiency with VISA instrument drivers.

Hands-on experience with lab equipment, especially Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes (MDO).

Strong expertise in embedded systems, including hardware and software components.

Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation of test processes.

Familiarity with Jenkins or other CI/CD frameworks (Azure preferred).

Experience with source control systems, particularly GIT.

General experience in writing and debugging tests.

Background in networking is preferred.

Exposure to DevOps practices and SQL is an advantage.

Qualifications:

B.Tech. (Electronics, E&E, CSE), M.Tech (Electronics), Phd (Electronics)

• Analyzing sales SKU/Customer wise and also analyzing division wise overheads/costs
• Being a part of and contributing towards Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Modeling and Financial forecasting/AOP
• Analyzing financial data and creating financial models for decision support
• Developing trends and projections for the organization’s finances
• Monitoring cash flow and thus recommending steps towards achieving optimization of costs
• Overseeing periodic financial reports and thus ensuring that the reported results comply with the financial reporting standards or the generally accepted accounting principles
• Ensuring compliances of International Export, FOREX and also compliances/modeling of unsecured funding
• Establishing internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation
• Being responsible for overall managing and supporting the company's consolidations and closing activities on-time and accurately
• Being a part of Internal Audits
• Ensuring compliance of Government rules and relevant laws & regulations
• Updating and maintaining relevant confidential financial data and reporting the same to the management in regular intervals

Desired Candidate Profile

• BCom graduate
• Relevant work experience of 4-7 years in finance
• Excellent knowledge in Finance Taxation, Auditing, Accounting and Tally
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel
• Attention to details and accuracy is a must

• Education - BS or BA. English, Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience - 8+ years of experience in Technical Writing; developing software and hardware documentation for global customers.

• Authoring/Editing/Publishing - MadCap Flare/MadCap Central (preferred) or experience in any one of the topic-based/DITA-based authoring tools such as Oxygen XML, XMetal, Framemaker (structured).
