8+ years of professional experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
Strong hands-on expertise in:
C# plugin development
Custom workflow activities
JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Dynamics 365 CE SDK & Dataverse
Deep understanding of CRM concepts: entities, form scripting, security model, solution management.
Experience automating business processes using Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop optional).
Knowledge of REST/ODATA APIs, Azure AD authentication, and integration patterns.
Experience with Azure DevOps/Git for version control, ALM, and solution deployment.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement customizations, configurations, and extensions in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
Develop C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and Azure functions to support advanced business logic.
Create and enhance JavaScript, HTML, and web resources for UI customization and improved user experience.
Build and maintain Power Automate flows for business automation, integrations, and data orchestration.
Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, and security roles.
Integrate CRM with external systems via APIs, Azure services, or custom connectors.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP PP, QM, and Variant Configuration.
Configure and customize SAP PP and QM modules, including master data, process orders, quality inspections, notifications, and control plans.
Design and implement Variant Configuration models (using Class, Characteristics, Object Dependencies, and Super BOMs/Routings).

Qualifications:

- Provide hands on technical support and post-mortem root cause analysis using ITIL standards of Incident Management, Service Request fulfillment, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Problem Management.
- Actively address and work on user and system tickets in the Service Now ticketing application. Create and implement change tickets for enhancements, new monitoring, and assisting development groups.
- Create, test, and implement Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) for current and new applications.

Responsibilities:
- Participate and lead Business Requirements gathering, documentation of BRD and overall Solution design.
- Implementation of designed system in NetSuite and support to project team.
- Ensure the best practices implementation based on Industry standard.
- Need to be involved on Reviews, check feasibility of solution and functional fitment as per NetSuite and align customer expectations and NetSuite capabilities to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare test cases of modules implemented, validate the deliverables before Client testing and UAT.

Qualifications/Skills:
