Role: .NET Developer

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Post-secondary degree in computer science, software engineering or related discipline, or equivalent working experience.
• Development of distributed applications with Microsoft technologies: C# .NET/Core, SQL Server, Entity Framework.
• Deep expertise with microservices architectures and design patterns.
• Cloud Native AWS experience with services such as Lambda, SQS, RDS/Aurora, S3, Lex, and Polly.
• Mastery of both Windows and Linux environments and their use in the development and management of complex distributed systems architectures.
• Git source code repository and continuous integration tools.
• Proficient with debugging and profiling distributed systems.

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core based Web API, C#, LINQ, Entity framework.

• Strong hands-on experience on writing complex stored procedures, functions, creating views and writing complex database queries with database being SQL Server

• Nice to have: Working experience on Azure components such as Azure functions, App Services, Azure Storage such as blobs/Queues/Table storage etc., Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming

• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like GIT

Qualifications & skills:

• C#.net, ASP.net MVC, Microsoft sql server, LINQ, Entity framework, .net Core.
• Repository / version management tools such as GIT, SVN, TFS.
• Diploma / bachelor degree / master degree in computer science or subjects related to computer software programming.
• Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively. Being a team player is more preferred.
• Ability to understand and work on requirements.
• Flexible in work and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.

Responsibilities & duties:

• Understanding requirements from the project manager or team leader and writing tasks associated.
• Develop and implement tasks while following project management guidelines to maintain coordination between teams.
• Test and maintain projects to ensure strong functionality and optimization along with performance.
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technically support colleague(s).
• Deliver projects / work on time to ensure we never fail our commitments.
• Recommend improvements to existing projects as necessary.
• Create requirement documents , write tasks and delivery manuals when needed or asked by your PM / TL.
• Help your co-workers if needed and support everyone in the company for their tasks.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Programming.
• Hands-on experience in Software development in C# [Desktop Applications].
• Strong expertise in OOPS, basic design skills.
• Experience in C#, Winforms is must,
• Knowledge in PRISM, MVVM, LinQ.
• Expertise in multi-threaded programming.
• Strong logical and analytical skills.
• Experience of software development process.
• Expertise in development, testing and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of design patterns and its usage and tools like Visio.
• Experience in UML, SOLID.
• Experience in unit testing frameworks like NUnit.
• Expertise in troubleshooting bugs and finding solutions.
• Strong abstraction, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working with multisite teams, Quality conscious and Process Oriented.

• Experienced in C# MVC
• Should have good knowledge in JavaScript, SQL, RDBMS Concepts and Microsoft .NET
• Framework, practical implementation of Object Oriented Concepts, N-Tier Architecture
• development and understanding of JSON, XML, SOAP.
• Good hands-on coding skills in Java Script, Ajax, C#, ASP.Net, jQuery
  Knowledge of working Android iOS mobile development would be added advantage
• Good communication and analytical skills are must.
• Candidates with experience will be preferred.

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science
• 9+ years of experience working with .NET technologies, with advanced proficiency in C#
• A minimum of 4-5 years working with SQL Server Databases, designing new or altering existing table structures to meet project requirements
• Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise architecture and SOA services
• Strong background in web technologies and architectures
• Technical acumen and understanding of Agile technical practices and how they operate within an Agile organization
• Strong Communication Skills
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving and project management
• Experience working in a product-based IT company and/or banking and financial services company
• Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies, including Agile
• Experience working with ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, NoSQL, Message Queue, and building Reusable Libraries
