Dot Net Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced WPF Developer who can craft high-quality desktop applications with intuitive, responsive UIs. You’ll play a key role in developing enterprise-class Windows applications built on .NET Framework 4.7.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive desktop applications using WPF and . NET Framework 4.7.
• Translate business and UX requirements into performant, maintainable code.
• Build reusable UI components and ensure consistent styling and responsiveness.
• Implement data binding, MVVM patterns, and asynchronous operations.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and data services.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance profiling.

Required Skills

• Deep knowledge of WPF, XAML, and C# /. NET Framework 4.7.
• Strong understanding of MVVM architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with multi-threading and asynchronous programming.
• Solid grasp of UI/UX principles for desktop applications.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), testing tools, and Agile delivery.

Good to Have

• Experience migrating legacy .NET apps to newer frameworks.
• Knowledge of third-party UI toolkits (DevExpress, Telerik, etc.).
• Exposure to performance profiling and memory-management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions

·      Work extensively with AWS Serverless services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB

·      Implement and optimize Elasticsearch for search and analytics

·      Build backend services using NodeJS and develop front-end applications using Angular

·      Design and develop robust REST APIs with a solid understanding of web services

·      Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in JavaScript and TypeScript

·      Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues in complex systems

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, end-to-end software solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

·      8+ years of experience in software development

·      Strong hands-on expertise in AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB) or .NET with SQL

·      Experience with Elasticsearch for efficient data retrieval and indexing

·      Proficiency in NodeJS, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript

·      Solid understanding of REST APIs and web services

·      Strong UI development skills with CSS

·      Proven experience designing solutions for complex technical requirements

·      Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Skills Required

• 8+ years of strong programming experience on .NET platform
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Web API / Typescript / Angular (or any front-end framework or passion to learn Angular)
• Hands on experience with SQL
• Azure experience is a plus but not a deal breaker
• Knowledge and experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (fundamental building blocks of web development)
• Experience designing high-level and low-level design of the system
• Experience with microservices architecture is a plus

• Responsible to technically groom backlog items providing design, architecture, and implementation details
• Quality is the key driver to successful delivery, ensure highly testable and quality deliverables

Job Description:

• Strong Coding skills in C#, .NET with Windows for 4 to 8 years is mandatory
• Experience in OOPS, Design Patterns, UML Modelling is a must
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment is needed
• Basic Knowledge of SAFe, its Jargons minimally in theory
• Ability to build Ramp up Plans and Bring Teams up to Speed

• Hands-on experience with various Microsoft technologies like .Net, ASP.Net, WCF, Web API, MVC SharePoint and/or Azure.
• Effective project and work-stream management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and processes.
• Managing, mentoring and developing individuals into strong leads.
• Managing project effectively by defining milestones and schedules.
• Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources and reconciling conflicts.

• Managing risks related to people, technology and processes.
• Ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience of shipping high quality software.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of people management with proven track record of building and growing strong teams.
• Strong technical skills with computer science background or equivalent experience.
• Quick learner, ability to multi-task and work under pressure, and work with geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to influence management through presentations, written and verbal communication.
• Great leadership skills to work effectively with.
• Preferred candidates with valid US B1 visa and available to travel onsite at a very short notice.
