We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead to drive end-to-end development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Python, AI/ML, and Google Cloud platforms (GCP). You will play a key role in architecture design, mentoring developers, ensuring best coding practices, and integrating AI/ML solutions into our products.

This role requires a balance of hands-on coding, system design, cloud deployment, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Build, consume, and optimize REST APIs and GraphQL services.
• Develop AI/ML models with Python and integrate them into production systems.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployments (GCP/AWS).
• Manage security, authentication (JWT, OAuth2), and performance optimization.
• Use Redis for caching, session management, and queue handling.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) for feature delivery.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Own technical decisions and contribute to long-term architecture strategy.

Job Overview:

• This is a hands-on leadership role involving full-stack .NET development and team mentorship. The candidate should be experienced in building scalable applications and working across web and desktop environments.

• Design implement and support highly scalable applications and web services using Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, C#, MVC, WCF, SQL Server, Windows Forms, Web API/Rest API)

Desired Candidate Profile – 

• Candidate needs to have more than 5+ years of experience with IT industry.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in designing and developing applications on the .NET platform.
• More than 1+ year of experience with MVC, WCF framework is needed.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in React or Angular or JQuery, HTML, CSS
• Experience in web application Architecture and Development with hands on expertise in delivering solutions based on/customizing ASP.Net 4.0 / MVC and above.
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL Server programming.
• Strong understanding of OOPS fundamentals, Entity Framework, LINQ and REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services and Crystal Reports.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (TFS/SVN/Git).
• Proficient understanding of build/release management processes.
• Must have experience of working in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Must have some experience developing Windows-based applications.
• Must possess very good logical, analytical and communication skills.
• Candidates with knowledge of US Mortgage process will be given preference.
• Must be willing to travel abroad for short- and long-term duration.
