Job Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for company products.
• Develop business by interacting with customers at corporate and site levels.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations at customer sites for promotion and technical discussions.
• Handle technical and commercial aspects of customer inquiries.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and quality issues.
• Formulate and execute short-term and long-term marketing goals.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing and field activities.
• Willingness to travel frequently and relocate within India as per business requirements.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience in Power / Steel / Cement / Mining industries.
• Industry Knowledge: Must have working experience or strong understanding of the Power industry.
• Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Skills:
• Strong communication in English and Hindi (knowledge of Tamil/Telugu preferred).
• Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and handling clients independently.
• Team handling experience will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Saturday: Half Day

POST - SENIOR DATA ENGINEER WITH AWS

Experience : 5 years

Must-have:

• Highly skilled in Python and PySpark

• Have expertise in writing Glue jobs ETL script, AWS

• Experience in working with Kafka

• Extensive SQL DB experience – Postgres

Good-to-have:

• Experience in working with data analytics and modelling

• Hands on Experience of PowerBI visualization tool

About The Role

CapitalNow is seeking an Android Developer with notable experience in Java and Kotlin development. The technical team is responsible for developing the supported mobile application and web app for customers and a control panel for the marketing team involved in CapitalNow.
