• Job Description:      

• Team Leading experience upto 2 years

• Extensive experience in Appian BPM application development
• Knowledge of Appian architecture and its objects best practices
• Participate in analysis, design, and new development of Appian based applications
• Mandatory Team leadership and provide technical leadership to Scrum teams Certification Mandatory- L1, L2 or L3
• Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and ability to resolve problems faced by team
• Build applications: interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, integrations,
• Proficient with SQL queries and with accessing data present in DB tables and views
• Experience in Analysis, Designing process models, Records, Reports, SAIL, forms, gateways, smart services, integration services and web services
• Experience working with different Appian Object types, query rules, constant rules and expression rules

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in Implementing BPM solutions using Appian 19.x or higher
• Over 8 years in Implementing IT solutions using BPM or integration technologies
• Experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies with Enterprise level application development projects
• Good understanding of database concepts and strong working knowledge any one of the major databases e g Oracle SQL Server MySQL

• Appian BPM application development on version 19.x or higher
• Experience of integrations using web services e g XML REST WSDL SOAP API JDBC JMS
• Good leadership skills and the ability to lead a team of software engineers technically
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams
• Good Communication skills

Responsibilities:

● Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and online research.

● Qualify leads to determine their potential as prospective customers.

● Conduct outbound calls to educate prospects about our products or services, understand their needs, and set up appointments for the sales team.

● Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

● Collaborate with sales executives to develop effective sales strategies, including lead generation tactics, target market analysis, and competitive research.

● Continuously learn about our products or services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.

● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, appointment set, and qualified opportunities.

● Provide regular reports and updates on key performance metrics, such as call activity, conversion rates, and revenue generated.

1. Minimum 2.5 years of experience as a Python Developer.
2. Minimum 2.5 years of experience in any framework like Django/Flask/Fast API
3. Minimum 2.5 years of experience in SQL/ Postgress
4. Minimum 2.5 years of experience in Git/Gitlab/Bit-Bucket
5. Minimum 2+ years of experience in deployment (CICD with Jenkins)
6. Minimum 2.5 years of experience in any cloud like AWS/GCP/Azure

• You have 2-5 years of experience using two or more development languages (ASP.NET, JavaScript, Scala, C#, etc.) with experience in Object-Oriented programming and full-stack web application development
• You can write clean, high-quality code in a variety of languages and are also able to spot and improve bad code
• You have experience with Agile and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, TDD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.
• Experience with developing web applications based on ReactJS
• Hands on experience in setting up automated build pipelines based on Jenkins, Gradle, MSBuild, Maven etc.
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with atleast one RDBMS sql-server or postgress having good sql skills
• You will champion best practices like writing clean and reusable code using practices like Test Driven Development, SOLID principles, OO design, and pair programming
• You will partner with developers from other cross-functional teams advocating devops culture
• Experience with building REST APIs and asynchronous messaging systems
• You will work in collaborative, product-focused teams to build innovative customer experiences

• Collaborate with internal teams to define user interface requirements
• Combine various colors, shapes and typography fonts to improve user experience
• Paint by hand and use drawing applications to design original graphics
• Use visual design software to refine illustrations
• Apply sketching techniques, like gradients and contrasts to enhance digital images
• Present rough drafts to product managers and/or key stakeholders to gain approval
• Develop prototypes and models to use in various products to maximize aesthetic consistency
• Brainstorm new ideas, layouts and graphics
• Stay up-to-date with design application changes and industry developments

• Proven work experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of related works (e.g. logos, animations and graphics)
• Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe Illustrator
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects
• Attention to visual details
• BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant qualification

1. 2+ years of experience building REST APIs with Java
2. 1+ years of experience in maintaining REST APIs documentation.
3. 2+ years of experience programming and delivering in a production environment
4. Expertise working with data structures and algorithms
5. Proficiency in object-oriented programming and experience applying modern design patterns.
