As an Eloqua Email Specialist, you will play a critical role in Global Marketing Organization by
owning the end-to-end process of email campaign creation, execution, and optimization. This
includes designing product-focused marketing campaigns, building email, and managing Eloqua
campaign workflows to deliver exceptional customer engagement and measurable business
results.
An ideal candidate will bring extensive experience with Eloqua, proficiency in HTML,
JavaScript and CSS, and a strong understanding of product-based marketing. Your ability to
create responsive and dynamic designs, coupled with knowledge of email best practices, will
ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences and meet performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Email Campaign Development:
o Design and execute email marketing strategies, including promotional
campaigns, automated flows, and newsletters.
o Build and customize emails using advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for
dynamic, visually appealing designs.
o Leverage Eloqua’s email editor and capabilities to develop emails tailored to
complex design requirements.
Journey Campaigns Management:
o Manage email journey campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution,
ensuring seamless user experiences.
o Develop and implement lifecycle marketing workflows aligned with campaign
goals.
Product-Focused Marketing:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product offerings and create
campaigns that highlight key features and benefits.
o Translate product marketing strategies into compelling email content that drives
customer interest and action.
Analytics and Optimization:
o Monitor and analyze key email metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and
provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
o Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to refine strategies.
Compliance and Deliverability:
o Ensure all campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email marketing
regulations.
o Monitor and maintain list health, ensuring optimal deliverability.
Collaboration:
o Work with internal stakeholders (regional leads, web infrastructure, and GTM
teams) to ensure alignment with branding and business priorities.
o Partner with design teams to create engaging visual content that resonates with
target audiences.
Innovative Trends:
o Stay updated on industry trends and apply new ideas to improve campaign
effectiveness and design.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in Eloqua, with the ability to fully leverage and customize the platform’s
capabilities.
Advanced HTML design skills, including responsive design and interactive elements.
Strong JavaScript coding expertise for creating dynamic and personalized email content.
Demonstrated experience in product-based marketing, crafting campaigns that align
with product strategies and target audience needs.
Experience managing complex email journey campaigns from concept to execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Eloqua Master’s Course Certification from Oracle.
Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email compliance best practices.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a creative problem-solving mindset.

● Set up network of service technicians pan-India for installation of GPS tracking devices on commercial vehicles
● Manage daily installation / post installation schedule for pan-India locations
● Co-Ordinate with customer team & field staff for schedule assignment
● Manage all customer facing correspondence on Email/Mobile/Whatsapp , regarding service requests
● Follow-up with customer within a 24hour period in regards to the initial phone call or email
● Ensure TAT between 24-48 hours for all service schedules for Pan-India locations.
