As a Course Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students towards making informed decisions about their career paths in the dynamic fitness industry. Your role will include handling inquiries, conducting one-on-one counselling sessions, and surpassing admission targets.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students, providing them with objective information about our courses and addressing their queries over phone calls or in-person meetings.

• Conduct Course Counseling Sessions, including school tours, to provide detailed information about the school and courses we offer.

• Ensure that all questions and concerns of prospects are addressed, and when necessary, facilitate communication with domain experts from Organization.

• Maintain regular follow-up communication with prospects, focusing on resolving queries, providing solutions, and offering relevant information.
