A BDM (Centre Manager) is responsible for driving the sales and marketing activities of the location. The profile requires creating strong brand image through networking and public relations. Increase business through business development models and competitor tracking. Essential Job Responsibilities:  Leading a team of sales professionals who will perform activities such as Admission calling and counseling to prospective students / parents and convincing / converting them to final admission.  The Centre Manager will create goodwill and brand in the minds of students and parent by talking and sharing information with promoting our admission plans.  The Centre Manager will oversee students Record/Information, Admission Formalities - conducting admission test; filling up admission forms; collecting fees; follow ups on pending fees; Handling all types of queries by students and parents. Giving them solution; guidance; counseling  The position will drive sales and marketing initiatives decided by Team Leaders and achieve desired targets & will maintain good Public Relations.  The profile conducts and monitors Presentations, Admission Tests, Parents Meeting, Schools Penetration , Connecting with Principals & Teachers  Building network with local teachers / agencies / students for reaching out to students.  Meeting Business targets, Following Marketing Schedules & Admission Schedule  Keeping track of competitor’s activities in the market.  Coordination and Conduction of seminars in all leading schools of Vidarbha.  Coordination and conduction of various Potential Assessment Test in all leading schools of Vidarbha.  Any other relevant work as required by department. Job Description.

1.      Cloud experience (Any cloud is fine although AWS is preferred. If non-AWS cloud, then the experience should reflect familiarity with the cloud's common services)

Pace Robotics is a construction robotics startup incubated by SINE IIT-Bombay and backed by Pidilite Ventures and IIMA Ventures. We are making the building construction process faster, smarter and efficient through robots that can do advanced construction tasks and digitize execution data in real time. Our first product is a modular wall finishing robot for putty, sanding and painting of building interiors. 

What you will do: 

• Assemble and install systems for electrical energy supply, control, signaling.
• Assemble and test PCBs, electronics circuits, dot boards; prepare bench test setups
• PCB/electronics troubleshooting and debugging, circuit analysis
• Solder SMD, QFN, SOIC, SSOP, TQFP, DIP ICs and components
• PCB/circuitry design and schematics, cable harness design
• Assemble manually and mechanically, crimping, screwing, clamping, plugging, soft soldering, gluing etc.
• Wire built-in components and assemblies to each other using overhead, duct, cables.
• Commissioning electrical power systems, control, signaling as well as electrical safety and monitoring devices.
• Perform measurements; Check the condition and functioning of electrical equipment and system components. Narrow down or determine errors.
• Fill out maintenance documents, create test and repair reports
• Work through instructions, documents and samples.
• Handle operations and maintenance of our fleet of robots

Who you are: 

• ITI/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering from reputed institute
• Min. 4-5 years’ experience in electrical/electronics field
• Working exp. with soldering, wiring, wire harness fabrication, relays, contactors, circuit-brakers, servo-motors, surge protectors, transformers, rectifiers, inverters, dc-dc convertors, SMPS, battery etc
• Knowledge/working experience with digital components and circuitry, power electronics, micro-controllers/processors,  lab equipment like oscilloscopes, function generators etc, familiar with common industrial grade sensors
• Ability to work from office and travel to construction sites and independently handle robot site operations/trials/pilots
• Should have very good knowledge of line testing, resistance, voltage, connectivity and frequency testing
• Ability to handle multiple and diverse electrical/electronics projects in individual and team settings
• Experience in automotive/aerospace/defense equipment domain is preferred

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager with experience of shipping features in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will own products under one of the verticals- Micro-savings, Micro-insurance or Micro-credit. The candidate will closely work with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers and business folks to identify product insights, create the product vision, drive development, launch high-quality product experiences and continuously iterate.

• Have a minimum 2 years of Product Management experience (not to be confused with total work ex). You should have shipped products/features in the past. This is non-negotiable.

• Design and implement high performance server side application solutions for the targeted domain.
