What You’ll Be Doing

In this dynamic role, you will be the crucial interpreter, ensuring a seamless flow of communication between our world-class cybersecurity engineers and strategic business stakeholders. You will leverage your technical acumen to produce clear,authoritative technical content, drive impactful marketing campaigns that highlight our security solutions, and build meaningful relationships within the wider cybersecurity developer ecosystem. This is your chance to turn deep technical understanding into clear, market-ready business value. 

You will work with the marketing and business development team to work on technical content, manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research. The candidate is responsible to work with the Managing Partner and marketing team to scale the business and also help organize the internal processes. The role requires planning, direction, and most importantly execution to develop and grow revenue in accordance with targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaisoning technical + business:

• Create detailed and precise documentation including functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and system design documents.
• Collaborate with technical team to generate content and marketing collaterals
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update documentation as project requirements evolve.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and   expectations.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations.

Solution Evaluation:

• Evaluate technical solutions to ensure they meet defined business requirements and objectives.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation to confirm the quality and functionality of developed solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to our business processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
• Working with the executive team to develop a comprehensive digital business strategy and assisting with its execution.
• Establishing a pipeline of core digital marketing activities and ensuring that the pipeline is aligned with the company’s revenue targets and digital marketing goals.
• Maintaining metrics and quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Assessing new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind.
• Identifying, exploring, and evaluating business opportunities, performing risk assessment, and mitigating potential risks.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Engage with the technical team to identify new opportunities within existing client businesses or contacts. Maintain strong and prosperous working relationships with key clients.

Expected Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, etc.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP systems, etc. is a plus.

Founding Product Engineer, Applied AI

WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS

Weve built a multi-agent AI system for marketing. It works well out of the box but every client (their data, workflows, brand rules, compliance constraints, output preferences) is different. Generic doesnt ship results. Customised does.

This role is the bridge: you sit between our agent architecture and the client’s reality. You understand both deeply, and you make the agents do what each specific client needs them to do.

Think Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer, but for AI agents. An engineer who owns product outcomes end-to-end.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Day-to-day split: roughly 60% in Codex and Claude Code shipping customisations, 40% in client rooms understanding what to ship next.

• Customise the agents. Tune prompts, build new agent capabilities, configure workflows, wire up integrations. Codex and Claude Code are your primary IDEs. You ship working code, not specs for someone else to build.
• Own client outcomes end-to-end. From discovery to live deployment, you are the person responsible for whether the agents actually solve the client’s problem. No PM-engineer handoff to hide behind.
• Problem-solve in real time. Client says “the output tone is off for our brand” or “the research agent is missing X data source” — you diagnose, fix, and redeploy, usually within days.
• Hold your own on creative. When a CMO says “this doesn’t feel right,” you can question intelligently — is it the prompt, the input brief, the brand guidelines themselves, or the client’s own confusion? Most engineers reach for the prompt. The good ones diagnose first.
• Feed learnings back to core product. Anything that gets customised 3+ times becomes a platform feature. You decide what graduates.
• Build the playbook. As we scale from 10 to 50 to 100 clients, the customisation patterns you create become the foundation others work from.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Real engineering chops. You can read a codebase, write production code, debug agent failures, and ship to live clients. AI tools are your accelerant, not your crutch.
• Comfort with agents as a system. You understand how LLMs fail, why prompts drift, what context engineering means, when to use tools vs. fine-tuning, why eval harnesses matter. If “MCP,” “tool use,” and “agent harness” feel like jargon, this isn’t the role.
• Client-facing instincts. Comfortable in a room with a CMO, an enterprise IT head, and a junior brand manager — and you can switch register for each in the same meeting. If client calls feel like tax to you, don’t apply.
• Some creative literacy. You don’t need to be a designer. You do need to be able to tell the difference between “this output is technically broken” and “this output is technically fine but creatively wrong” — and chase the right thread.
• Bias toward shipping. A working hack today beats a clean design next quarter.

Domain: Automation Testing – Selenium Job Purpose

 • Thought leadership - Consult with the client and setup/guides a team to strategize, design, implement and run automation solution supporting variety of applications

• Technical leadership - Identify, evaluate, recommend, and optimize current automated testing processes and tools

• Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework, and approach across project teams

• Oversee technological delivery of the recommended automation solution roadmap across project teams

• 7-11 years of managing team experience and at least 4+ years of in-depth experience in establishing test automation frameworks, evaluating tools, and implementing continuous testing strategy

• Hands on framework development for a Green Field Project

• Strong hands-on experience in Java/JavaScript programming languages; java collection frameworks • Strong experience on QA Automation tools such as Selenium/Cucumber/Appium/SOAPUI etc.

• Strong exposure on UI or API automation, hands on Webservices/Microservices automation

 • Experience in CI/CD tools, such as Gitlab(preferable) / Jenkins

• Experience in Cloud tech preferably AWS

• Experience on Cloud Platforms such as Sauce Labs, Perfecto

• Functional tools like Selenium (mandate), Web driver IO, NightWatchJS, etc

• Should have basic knowledge of JMeter or any other equivalent Performance testing tool

• Sound Knowledge of methodologies and approaches such as Agile, BDD, DevOps etc.

• Industry experience on Financial Services is preferred.
