What are we looking for:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with 5-10 years of proven expertise in capital markets, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of raising capital from diverse sources and a deep understanding of global financial markets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of capital raising strategies to support our global fintech lending operations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with institutional investors, venture capital firms, and other key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for optimizing capital structures and funding sources.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and investor relations activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the capital markets team to drive performance excellence.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets or Risk Operations at high-growth marketplaces/fintechs.
• Have experience in Liquify and partnerships have relationships with hedge fund in the US and Europe.
• Passion for technology, especially in marketplaces or fintech, web debt fund, structured debt and corporate financing.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments driving projects from strategy through implementation; happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done.
• Knowledge of capital markets funding and financing transactions.
• Understands Treasury investment portfolio management, foreign currency risk, and counterparty credit risk evaluation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts effectively.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
• Highly analytical - can drive complex analyses and manage projects to KPIs and metrics.

Nice to have:

Job Description:

1.  Review of customer specification

2.  Mechanical Design on PV Elite software

3.  Mechanical design preparation for the 'U' stamp job

4.  Preparation of Fabrication drawing

5. Preparation of work order part list and enquiries required for material procurement

6.  Preparation of material standard specification as per ASME required for U-stamp job

7.  Checking of fabrication drawing, BOM

8.  Knowledge of ASME, TEMA, and PED is required

Responsibilities

• Develop test scenarios and cases as per the sprint requirements from product owner
• Should prepare the effective test data for the identified cases.
• Should be able to configure the test environment.
• As per the sprint planning, execute test cases and report the bugs.
• The test execution involves at the user interface level, including functional tests, UI tests and workflow tests to identify system and software problems and their causes
• Work with automated test cases using already existing frameworks

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years of in-depth QA Engineering experience in enterprise applications in ERP/ SCM/ CRP domains.

We are seeking a Finance Manager to work with the finance team and work on end-to-end financial management including Budgeting, AOP development, MIS preparation & review, variance analysis, financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, pricing & regular compliance.

The position will appeal to an individual with strong business acumen & the capability to align business goals to financial goals. The successful individual will have a business, accounting, finance background and is a qualified CA/ MBA (finance)/ CFA.

The role will involve being immersed in multiple projects and working closely with stakeholders to ensure financial implications are fully understood as part of the company’s project screening, approval, and performance monitoring process.

Job Duties

• Build short-term & long-term plans (financials models) in line with the strategic objectives of the organization.
• Drive preparation of MIS, variance analysis & providing insights to leadership.
• Leading the preparation of annual operating plans, long-range quarterly forecasts in coordination with operations and business teams.
• Ownership of the P&L and driving of cost optimization/ profitability improvement activities with various stakeholders.
• Partnering with business teams, controllership function & anchoring monthly leadership reviews.
• Develop ad-hoc business analysis & present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions & planned future initiatives.
• Establish & maintain operating business metrics, defining of KPI & measurement of actual performance against the same.
• Review of financial data & preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Work with accounting & compliance teams to drive monthly, quarterly, annual closing processes.
• Reconciliation of revenue & sales tax data from various sources and identifying the reasons for difference & correction of the same.

Requirements

• Qualified CA / MBA (finance from Tier I/ Tier II institutes) – CFA is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of the financial statements, accounting principles, and concepts.
