Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Campus Admin Officer to manage and maintain the

Electrical, Telecom & IT systems of our 120-employee office in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. The role

involves end-to-end responsibility for identifying and fixing electrical faults, desktops, printers,

intercom systems, LAN connections, and WiFi networks to ensure smooth daily operations with

minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical System Maintenance

 Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime.

 Identifying and resolving issues with electrical appliances, office lights, fans, etc.

 Troubleshooting issues related to generators, UPS, power supply cabling, etc.

2. IT Systems Management

 Maintain desktops and laptops for employees.

 Maintain office LAN network and structured cabling.

 Coordinate with vendors for servicing, repairs, and consumables.

 Maintain inventory of IT peripherals and spare equipment.

3. Intercom & Communication Systems

 Maintain and troubleshoot internal intercom systems.

 Coordinate with service vendors for maintenance and repairs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

 1.5 -2 years of hands-on experience in maintaining Electrical & IT systems.

 Ability to communicate in English, Hindi or Marathi

 Basic knowledge of modems, routers, and switches.

 Good communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.

 Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day operations.

3 to 4 years of Non IT recruitment experience.

Mandatory hands-on experience in Offline Sales hiring for FMCG brands (GT / MT)

Proven experience in bulk and lateral hiring for field sales roles (ASM, SO, Promoters, Supervisors)

Startup experience mandatory (fast-paced, high-growth environment)

Strong capability in end-to-end talent acquisition (sourcing to onboarding)

Experience with job portals, field hiring, referrals, and vendor coordination

Ability to manage aggressive hiring targets, quick closures, and low TAT

Basic exposure to HR Operations (onboarding, documentation, HRMS, attendance, compliance)

6 + years of hands-on development experience and in-depth knowledge of , Spring Java, Spring boot, Quarkus and nice to have front-end technologies like Angular, React JS

● Excellent Engineering skills in designing and implementing scalable solutions

● Good knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline with strong focus on TDD

● Strong communication skills and ownership

● Exposure to Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices is highly desired.

● Experience in working on public cloud environments like AWS, Azure, GCP w.r.t. solutions development, deployment & adoption of cloud-based technology components like IaaS / PaaS offerings

● Proficiency in PL/SQL and Database development.

Strong in J2EE & OOPS Design Patterns.

Full Stack Developer Responsibilities:

• Developing front end website architecture.
• Designing user interactions on web pages.
• Developing back-end website applications.
• Creating servers and databases for functionality.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
• Designing and developing APIs.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science.
• Experience with ( React+Node ) Or ( react + Angular) Or ( Node + Angular)
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks

What are we looking for?

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Apache Spark, PySpark, Amazon Glue
• 2+ years of experience in writing ETL jobs using pySpark, and SparkSQL
• 2+ years of experience in SQL queries and stored procedures
• Have a deep understanding of all the Dataframe API with all the transformation functions supported by Spark 2.7+

You will be preferred if you have

• Prior experience in working on AWS EMR, Apache Airflow
• Certifications AWS Certified Big Data – Specialty OR Cloudera Certified Big Data Engineer OR Hortonworks Certified Big Data Engineer
• Understanding of DataOps Engineering
