Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site execution activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Execute RCC, masonry, finishing, plumbing, and external development works.
• Conduct quantity verification, material reconciliation, and site measurements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain construction quality.
• Resolve technical and execution-related issues at the site.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely availability.
• Maintain site documentation, work records, and measurement books.
• Support project planning and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer.
• Experience in residential, villa, plotted development, or real estate construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

Role Overview

1. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and drafting systems for Technical Proposals brought in by the sales team, ensuring that quotes are technically correct before submitting to clients.
2. Preparation of proposal based on the RFP / RFQ docs and Understand the CAD drawing.
3. Generate BOQ, Compliance Statement, system descriptions, schematic drawings, material / technical submittal, system programming such as Crestron, Extron, Bose and other OEM products etc.
4. Provide sales and technical staff with technical support on both a pre- and post-sales basis
5. Communicate and interact with internal employees, clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner.
6. Conduct or attend a Site visit and Site surveys when needed.
7. Develop and maintain knowledge of current and new technologies that company offers.

Key Skills

• 2+ years of experience required in AV.
• Experience in developing cost-effective solutions around customer needs.
• Good skill for Vendor Management, OEM interaction.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Good Communication skill

This is a full-time role (9am-6pm, Mondays to Fridays), with a monthly salary of 363 USD.

About the Role:

• Create Visual Brand Identity

• Conceptualise a creative direction for Testing Ground’s projects
• Conceptualise and design branding/marketing materials for both print and web related marketing material
• Produce new artwork based on brand guidelines agreed with our team
• Create print and digital advertising materials

• Develop Key Visuals and Collaterals for Marketing Campaigns and Events

• Assist in the management of website, newsletters and all other company materials, where necessary
• Design all graphic, sales and marketing materials e.g. EDM / Posters / Banners
• Work with us in crafting visually compelling presentations

• Manage Design from Concept to Production

• Work according to briefs for the branding needs and guidelines
• Ensure design specifications are production-ready
• Engage with external printers or contractors/suppliers/vendors to ensure the highest quality of materials and that deadlines are met
• Proper documentation of all design files

Experience:

At least Diploma in Art/Design/Creative fields
