Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Product Designer to join our dynamic design team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to push the boundaries of digital design and contribute to creating exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a love for crafting intuitive digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centric digital products.

● Utilize Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

● Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across all products.

● Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback.

● Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continually improve the design process.

What we seek in you:

● 1-2 years of experience in product design or a related field.

● Proficiency in Figma and good understanding of design systems.

● Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

● Strong understanding of design fundamentals.

● Capability to express design reasoning.

● Curiosity and passion for creating exceptional digital experiences.

Bonus skills:

● Experience in fintech or a basic understanding of the stock market and investment strategies.

Interview process:

1. Introduction and Portfolio Discussion: A first discussion with the design lead to explore your background, review your portfolio, and determine your suitability for the role.

2. Design Task: A practical design exercise to assess your problem-solving skills and design approach. This task may be assigned after the introductory round, depending on the outcome of that discussion.

As a Development Lead, you will oversee and lead a team of software developers. Your primary goal is to guide the team towards successful development of high-quality software, while fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective software solutions

with an emphasis on quality, best-practice coding standards, and cost-effectiveness.

• Build rapid technical prototypes for early validation of new technologies.

• Rapidly identify and resolve technical incidents as they emerge.

• Collaborate effectively with other application teams to help building the right offerings

for our client delivery platform.

• Collaborate with product owners to translate complex business requirements into

technical solutions, providing leadership in the design and architecture processes.

Salary is not a constraint and right candidates will be paid up to 28 Lakhs

Key Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a lead in leading and managing software development teams.

• Proficiency in Backend and Frontend technologies (NodeJS and ReactJS).

• Knowledge of best practices for API development in distributed environments;

• Coding complex modules.

• Code review and enforcing best practices.

• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present, explain

and defend design concepts in team and stakeholder meetings.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively, delivering work with speed and high

quality.

• Hands-on experience with engineering principles and design patterns.

• Passionate about writing clean, reusable and maintainable code.

• Building a knowledge base of the latest programming trends, best practices, and

methodologies.

● Ability to create SEO-rich, unique, and interesting content according to guidelines

● Adhere to strict quality standards and write about 3000 words ready-to-publish content per day

● Ensure the content is well-researched, factually correct, relevant, grammatically correct, and non-plagiarized

● Have working knowledge of SEO (keyword research, title, and meta description)

Requirements:

● Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to write for different formats and audiences

Responsibilities:

• Build the foundation of our supply side (enterprise) product from scratch. Maintain high standards of pixel perfect Ui’s and efficient User Experiences. 
• Our Supply Side ecosystem involves a plethora of products such as Catalog Management, Analytics Dashboard, Orders Processing, Finance Reconciliation, Notification centres etc. Develop a deep understanding of the mentioned use cases and build the systems for scale.
• Coordinate with Product managers, Product Designers & Backend Developers and outline sprints and tasks on a weekly basis.
• Conduct Comprehensive Unit tests before passing features to QAs. This requires a good top level understanding of backend infrastructure.
• Maintain High level of Code Quality and constantly optimize for performance and user experience.
• Be Collaborative. Self reliant and always keep pushing the limits of your knowledge.
