About the Role

YoloBus is looking for an experienced and proactive Manager – Bus Maintenance to oversee the maintenance, reliability, and operational readiness of our bus fleet across North India. The role will be responsible for ensuring maximum fleet uptime, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, managing workshops and vendors, and maintaining the highest standards of vehicle safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end maintenance operations for the YoloBus fleet across North India.
• Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor fleet health, vehicle performance, and breakdown trends to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with workshops, service centers, and OEMs for repairs and maintenance support.
• Ensure fleet availability and minimize vehicle downtime.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures.
• Manage spare parts inventory and optimize maintenance costs.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Analyze maintenance data, prepare reports, and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Lead and mentor maintenance teams, workshop staff, and regional technical personnel.
• Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure seamless vehicle deployment and service continuity.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in fleet maintenance, workshop management, or commercial vehicle maintenance.
• Prior experience managing bus fleets is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, breakdown management, and workshop operations.
• Experience working with Volvo, Scania, Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors, BharatBenz, or similar commercial vehicle fleets.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North India.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the design team to create user-friendly experiences for our enterprise SaaS product.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Work closely with PMs to research and study online and translate insights into design solutions.
• Create prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with solutions needed.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and analytics.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 3+ year of experience as a Product Designer, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your experience with enterprise software design.
• Proficiency in design systems and Figma, UI/UX best practices, and modern design tools (Notion, Framer, Webflow, Builder.io, Lovable, Replit, Zapier etc.)
• Solid understanding of accessibility and usability principles.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for crafting delightful and functional user experiences.

SHOULD ALSO HAVE:

This role is designed for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, has a solid grip on software delivery in trading systems, and can bridge business requirements with technical execution — confidently and independently.  

•       8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a trading platform environment.

•       Proven track record in client-facing roles, including requirement gathering, expectation management, and solution alignment.

•       Strong understanding of SOW structuring, commercial terms, and delivery contracts.

•       Ability to analyse client requirements for technical feasibility and prioritize features based on business value and effort.

•       Familiarity with trading protocols (FIX), market data flows, OMS/EMS, and post-trade workflows.

•       Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills — you can manage up, down, and across.

•       Certifications like PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or Agile Coach credentials are a plus.

What You Will Do:

•       Independently manage end-to-end delivery of FinTech projects — from initial scope definition to go-live.

•       Evaluate feasibility of incoming client requirements — analyze scope, assess risks, and align with engineering leads for accurate estimations.

•       Drive Agile delivery across multiple squads — ensuring quality, velocity, and adaptability.

•       Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, DevOps, and architects for seamless execution.

•       Own project delivery from start to finish — manage scope, timelines, resources, and risk.

Job Description: We are looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer with

expertise in both Windows and Linux operating systems and solid experience in Java

technologies. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data structures and algorithms, as

well as frameworks like Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Hands-on experience

working with MySQL databases is also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
