Job Title: Technical Lead / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor development teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients; manage communication, expectations, and satisfaction.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/project management role.
• Strong technical background in web and/or mobile technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, PHP, Python, iOS/Android).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, use cases, and process diagrams.

• Assist QA teams with test scenarios, UAT coordination, and validation.
