Job Description: Sales Engineer

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical equipment

in industrial and commercial sectors.

2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and

referral business.

3. Understand customer technical requirements and provide appropriate

product solutions.

4. Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations to close sales

effectively.

5. Coordinate with the technical and service teams for installation and after-

sales support.

6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the

management.

7. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence data.

8. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and customer visits to promote

product visibility.

9. Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and maintain accurate records in

CRM.

10. Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and new

technologies.

Industry : Electrical Equipment Manufacturer

Key Responsibilities

• Segment our users by deeply understanding our clients and end users. You will talk regularly to users and prospects and draw qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Define our GTM and partner with the rest of the team to execute the GTM. It will include work like demand generation, sales playbooks, sales enablement, and marketing assets.
• Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams- product, partner managers, marketing, and sales to craft thoughtful go-to-market strategies and drive growth initiatives.
• Understand and analyze the competitive landscape to define our own marketing strategy.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills is a must.
