Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Solution Architecture & Design
· Lead the design of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, and emerging modules
· Own the architectural vision and technical roadmap for enterprise implementations
· Conduct requirements analysis with executive stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable, enterprise-grade technical designs
· Design and implement solutions leveraging Common Services Data Model (CSDM) alignment for platform consistency
· Architect multi-instance strategies for large-scale, geographically distributed deployments
· Ensure solutions incorporate best practices, scalability, performance optimization, and future-readiness
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
· Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to L1 and L2 engineers and developers
· Establish technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices for the practice
· Lead technical design reviews and solution validation against enterprise architecture frameworks
· Champion thought leadership within the ServiceNow ecosystem through innovation and quality delivery
· Coach development teams on advanced scripting, API usage, and platform capabilities
Strategic Planning & Governance
· Partner closely with senior client leadership to define platform strategy and long-term IT roadmaps
· Drive technical governance frameworks including security, compliance, and operational controls
· Plan and manage complex system upgrades, patches, and feature releases with minimal operational impact
· Define integration strategies and manage dependencies across legacy and modern systems

Integration & Data Architecture
· Architect complex integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, MID Server, and Integration Hub
· Design data management strategies ensuring integrity, consistency, and efficient utilization
· Lead integration solution design with third-party enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, etc.)
· Oversee data migration, transformation, and import strategies using Import Sets, Data Sources, and Flow Designer

Advanced Configuration & Customization
· Oversee customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules ensuring scalability and maintainability

· Architect workflow automation solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes

Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience & Expertise
· 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
· Minimum 3 years in a lead or architect role managing enterprise-scale implementations
· Deep expertise in ServiceNow instance management, architecture design, and configuration (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM,VMS,FSM Modules)
· Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex, multi-module solutions in enterprise environments
