Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership Operations Intern who wants hands-on exposure to backend operations at a fast-growing AI SaaS company. This is not a shadow internship you will work on real operational responsibilities and will be considered for full-time opportunity upon successful completion of the internship. The tenure of internship will be of 6 months at Noida Sec 2

Key Responsibilities

• Support coordination with telecom operators and data center partners
• Assist in vendor management and asset tracking
• Handle operational requests and queries through the ticketing system
• Support basic troubleshooting of assets and infrastructure (with guidance)
• Assist with day-to-day administrative and backend operations
• Ensure smooth execution of operational processes in a fast-paced environment

Who Should Apply

• Graduates (BBA preferred; B.Com / BA / BSc are welcome)
• 0–1 year of experience or strong internship exposure in operations

Job Description:

1.Conduct module specific requirement workshop, capture and align business requirement
2.Analyse the detailed interface requirement and identify individual interface touch points
3. Prepare module wise detailed fit/gap analysis and identify customization components
4. Prepare module specific Functional specification
5. Prepare module wise Configuration master sheet which translates the “Fit” items to the technology

• Experience in Mendix Low code development
• Rapid /Intermediate Mendix certified developer.

• Ensure successful implementation of the new merchant with the goal to increase the number of company Digital ambassadors within the industry.
• Work closely with the merchant and the various CPD teams to guarantee a high-quality project delivery.
• Develop and execute an appropriate implementation plan for on-boarding, testing, and launch
• Configure the Product suite contracted by the merchant.
• Provide training to a select group of the merchant’s staff.
• Document key learning’s and collaborates with Solution and Technical engineers to streamline the integration and onboarding process
• Ensure transition the configured client to the internal Service Desk team and mentor its staff so they can provide full support to the client.

Education, skills, and experience

• Hands-on experience (1-5 years) and understanding of the eCommerce payment ecosystem and various roles/players (Payment Service Providers, payment schemes, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills whereby fluent English (written and oral) is a must.
• Coordination of end-to-end technical implementation of e-commerce payment products
• Expertise in credit card and international alternative payment solutions
• Expertise in PCI compliance and latest card schemes mandates
