Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Kafka Administrator with 8+ years of hands-on experience.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in managing Kafka environments, particularly in Confluent Kafka and EEH Kafka, and should be capable of working independently on configuration, integration, and administration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and manage Kafka clusters, brokers, topics, and security configurations
• Design and implement Kafka-based integrations
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Kafka environments
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and performance
• Work on Confluent Cloud and EEH Kafka environments

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, monetization goals, and challenges, and provide strategic recommendations to achieve optimal results.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to coordinate seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for clients.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis of client monetization stack, identifying areas for improvement and developing optimization strategies.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide timely reports and insights to clients, highlighting advertising performance, trends, and opportunities for growth.
• Deliver product demos and educate clients on best practices, new features, and industry trends to maximize their utilization and success with our platform solutions.
• Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Support pre-sales activities, including conducting product demonstrations, presenting technical information, and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the ad tech space to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

• Strong Manager – Customer Success, Account management Profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 6+ years of overall experience with atleast 4+ Years in Customer Success role
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have 3+ years of experience in AdTech industry
• Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have experience managing clients in the outside India market (Preferably US/America clients)
• Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have cross-functional experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Ad Operations teams for campaign execution, performance optimization, and client delivery.

We're looking for folks with an uncanny ability to create designs from a written/verbal brief and animate them quickly! An enthusiastic visual storyteller that doesn't entirely depend on templates or presets. No animation challenge is new or hard for them. Crafting visual narratives that can be re-purposed across platforms should be a walk in the park, keeping long-term brand consistency in mind. Handling multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines shouldn’t faze you!

Expectations: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop); Design Tools: Figma; Animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition; Understanding of audio-visual synchronization; Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, explainer videos, social media content, and UI/UX animations; Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals; Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first environment.

Bonus: Experience with Google Labs tools/projects; Sound design fundamentals; Experience creating content for audio-focused brands or platforms; Lottie animations for web/mobile; Familiarity with video codecs and export optimization.

Skill : 4-10 years of experience in development of automation framework using Python

• Experience in GUI development using HTML/CSS/JS/Angular JS/Django are preferred
• Having good understanding of REST is desired
• Excellent Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills are desired
• Good Communications and interpersonal skill are desired
