Associate UI Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our growing team in Cybercity. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver a fully functional application based on Figma designs. While API integration is not an immediate requirement, it will follow later in the development process. The chosen candidate will work with React and Redux for the frontend development and utilize dotnet 8 API backend. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Translate Figma designs into a fully functional and responsive web application.
2. Develop the frontend using React and implement state management with Redux.
3. Ensure the application meets design specifications, including UI/UX requirements.
4. Collaborate with the team to plan and execute the development process effectively.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
6. Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
7. Document the codebase and provide clear code comments for future reference.
8. Work closely with the team to coordinate API integration when it becomes necessary.
9. Work closely with the DevOps and QA team to ensure the application deploys and runs as expected.
10. Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies in software development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing web applications using React and Redux.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with Figma or other design tools is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Dotnet for API development is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Role :

o Experience in Front-end web development using JavaScript jQuery,Angular, HTML5, CSS

o Responsible for handling end to end design & execution of all product web interfaces

o Develop new user-facing features & build reusable code and libraries for future use Work closely on UI/UX designs and back end engineers to implement versatile front-end solutions to web development problems

o Design, development, integration, delivery of different UI side modules of the product

o Develop and enhance modular, multilingual, cross-browser front-end applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, etc.

o Experience in making responsive layouts

o Experience developing in Agile development processes

o Work closely with product management, customer support and SQA to continuously evolve and innovate the product.

o Involvement in the full development life cycle of projects. Working as a part of a team as well as on your own initiative

o Facilitate in the decision-making processes with team members both in terms of new system development and enhancement to current systems

o Experience of full software development life cycle and Agile Strong verbal & written skills required to interact with global teams. Highly motivated, analytical thinking individual

o Since this role involves working closely with users, the ideal candidate would have Knowledge of Relational database/SQL

o Ability to multi-task and work against deadlines/priorities

o Sense of ownership and desire to take on an expanded role over time. Eager to work with new technologies and apply them towards enterprise-level data solutions

o Capable of working with a global team and thriving in a team development environment. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with real world business issues

• Deep understanding of JavaScript and Angular Framework
• Understanding of Git and pull requests
• Clear written and spoken communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• 2+ years in web development using Angular

TECHNICAL SKILLSET

• You have strong experience with semantic HTML5, CSS3, and a CSS preprocessor of your choice SASS or LESS, understanding of writing modular CSS (Must)
• You have strong knowledge of Object Oriented JavaScript (Must)
• You have strong experience with Angular or any other frameworks like Ember, Backbone or React (Must)
• You have working experience with large scale front-end architectures
• You have good knowledge in using restful web services
• You have a strong focus on performance
• You have knowledge of CSS animations
• You have experience with automation tools like Web-pack, Grunt or Gulp
• You have knowledge of unit testing tools like Jasmine, Karma etc.

Job Role

• As a Frontend Developer you will be responsible for extending and optimizing product user interfaces. You will work in a team of developers and designers to build cutting edge, graphical appealing user interfaces that provide a great user experience
• Develop web applications using various JavaScript frameworks 
• Have attention to detail and identify potential performance weak spots
• Find and share frontend best-practices with team members and other developers

Qualification

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
