Architect/Principal Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Golang Developer with 3.5+ years of experience in building scalable backend services and deploying cloud-native applications using AWS. This is a key position that requires a deep understanding of Golang and cloud infrastructure to help us build robust solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop backend services, APIs, and microservices using Golang.
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS using services like Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and more.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Implement best practices in security, performance, and cloud architecture.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3.5+ years of hands-on experience with Golang development.
• Strong experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, etc.
• Proficient in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes or AWS ECS for container orchestration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with serverless applications and architecture (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
• Exposure to NoSQL databases like DynamoDB or MongoDB.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical owner and point of contact from pre-sales through delivery for enterprise client engagements.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, extensible, and secure solution architectures.
• Design and document high-level and low-level architectures using industry best practices and patterns.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and delivery goals.
• Conduct architectural assessments, POCs for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product owners, delivery managers, engineers, and clients to ensure architectural integrity throughout the SDLC.
• Evaluate and select appropriate tools, frameworks, platforms, and third-party services.
• Review code, configurations, and deployments for technical consistency and risk mitigation.
• Define and enforce non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, resilience).
• Continuously explore new technologies, patterns, and tools to improve architecture effectiveness and team productivity.

• 12+ years of hands-on software development and architecture experience, with at least 3+ years in a solution or enterprise architect role.
• Strong background in Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Data).
• Deep understanding of API design, integration patterns, message brokers (like Kafka, RabbitMQ), and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
• Proficiency in designing systems for high availability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Clear understanding of engineering and build processes and DevOps pipelines.
• Experience in enterprise software domains such as fraud detection, risk management, banking, or financial services is a major plus.

Position details

• Fully remote.
• 5 days/week (all public and government holidays will be non-working days).

We are looking for experienced Odoo Developers with good development skills in Python. Candidates should have hands-on experience in end to end implementation of the custom modules in Odoo.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and deploy ERP/ web applications using OpenERP/ Odoo.

• Customize/ develop various modules such as Accounting, POS Sales & CRM, inventory, Purchasing, , Invoice, Website, Google map, Warehouse, MRP, HR, etc.

• Customize various modules and integrate services/ products ranging from payment gateways to hardware devices with Odoo.

• Understand Functional requirements from clients. Provide GAP analysis and transform them into technical requirements.

• Functional knowledge of ERP modules like Accounting, Stock, CRM, Inventory, HR, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, E- Commerce, and Payment gateway.

• Experience in Migrations, Odoo end user training.

• Knowledge of OOP concepts, SQL, HTML and JavaScript.

• Experience in hosting on AWS or other cloud service providers

• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into business solutions.

• Develop and deploy ERP modules from scratch

• Adopt new and emerging technologies to provide solutions to client needs. Cater to time difference need

• Identify technical issues and provide solutions

• Testing support.

• Develop and customize reports based on client s specifications in the modules like Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing and HR. Work on Odoo's internal BI reporting tool for live reports

• Strong familiarity with the Odoo framework is mandatory.

• Should have a solid knowledge of Python and programming concepts. Contribution for Open Source Projects will be advantageous.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Requirements:

• Experience in Enterprise Java building restful microservices
• Strong Exposure to any of the Java Enterprise frameworks such as Spring, Vert. x, Quarkus or others
• Good exposure to databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB etc
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities along with excellent communication skills.
• Any exposure to UI programming using REACT JS or AngularJS is a plus
• Preferred candidate who can join in 15 days or max 30 days.
