Job Description:

As a WordPress Developer at iCube Solutions, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining WordPress-based websites and applications, including custom development projects. You will work closely with our design and development teams to ensure our clients' web projects are visually appealing, user-friendly, and technically sound.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.

2. Customize and extend existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.

3. Code custom WordPress solutions to address specific client needs.

4. Collaborate with designers to implement responsive web designs.

5. Troubleshoot and debug website issues, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

6. Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.

7. Optimize websites for speed, security, and SEO.

8. Perform regular updates, backups, and security audits on WordPress sites.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

10. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.

11. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

2. Proven 2-3 years of experience as a WordPress Developer.

3. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

4. Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.

5. Familiarity with WordPress core functions and APIs.

6. Ability to customize and code for custom development projects.

7. Knowledge of responsive design principles and techniques.

8. Experience with front-end development frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) is a plus.

9. Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.

10. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

11. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Working knowledge of React libraries such as Redux, Redux Thunk, Redux Saga, Redux Forms, Immutable etc.
• Highly proficient in JavaScript and ReactJs
• Good understanding of design libraries such as Material, Ant and Semantics etc.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3.
• Sound knowledge of Testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, Mocha, Protector etc.
• Experience of writing unit, integration and E2E tests.

Hands-on experience in React.js  and Good understanding of core concepts

Job Requirement

• Full-stack developer with exposure working in building products from scratch
• Have 2+ years in implementing front-end of applications using ReactJS
• Proficient in HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap Ant-D, Redux, JavaScript and writing cross-browser compatible code
• Good knowledge of MVC, MVVM, OOPS concepts, Web Development Concept.
• Experience with RESTful services
• Work experience any one of the backend technologies such as Java, NodeJS, .NET will be a major plus

Duty /Responsibility

• Your specific duties in this role will include:
• Responsible for the front end/UI development for of the web-based and mobile-based application

• Work closely with our UX design team to ensure usable designs with a consistent look and feel.
• Maintain high-quality code and ensure best practices for UI development.
• Ensure designs follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

Requirements:

• BTech or equivalent degree from a reputed institute
• Proven hands-on Software Development experience
• Design & Develop HTML5 games with the help of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, SVG, Pixijs library across multiple platforms(Web/ MobileTablet/ TV)
• Building reliable and efficient code for game projects
• Should understand build milestone process and meet project timeline.

• Work towards optimization and best practices, increase performance of our application
• 1 to 3+ years of development experience. (Preferably Gaming)
