AEM Developer | Remote | Up to 15 LPA*

You’ll work within the *Experience and Content pod*, delivering content fragments, templates, Workfront campaign workflows, and personalization integrations with *Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)*.

#### *What you’ll do:*

- Develop and maintain *AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)* using Cloud Manager, RDE, and promotion pipelines

- Build *Editable Templates, Core Components, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments* with HTL/Sightly

- Implement *OSGi bundles, Sling Models, Servlets* with clean separation of content and logic

- Configure *Dispatcher, caching rules, CDN basics* for performance

- Integrate *AEP for offer decisioning* and *AJO for segment-driven content rendering*

- Configure *Workfront campaign workflows* and content approval automation

- Work in *Agile 2-week sprints* with Jira, daily standups, SIT & BUAT participation

- Author component specs, integration notes, and runbooks for handover

- Write unit tests using *JUnit 5, Mockito, AEM Mocks*

#### *Must-Have Requirements:*

- *5+ Years* overall experience with *2+ Years in AEM Sites development*

- Hands-on with *AEMaaCS*: Cloud Manager, RDE, promotion pipeline

- Strong in *Java 11+*, *HTL, OSGi, Sling Models*

- *4+ Years Java* + Front-end: *HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+*

- Experience with *Maven, Git, PR-based review workflow*

- Good understanding of *Adobe Experience Platform & Adobe Journey Optimizer*

- Strong written English and collaboration skills

#### *Good to Have:*

- *AEM Assets, Dynamic Media* experience

- *Adobe Certified Developer* — Sites or Architect track

- *Headless/Hybrid AEM*: GraphQL Content Fragment API, SPA Editor, React/Next.js

• Ensure all AEM components, websites, and digital experiences are designed and developed in compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1, Section 508, and ADA.
• Apply best practices for accessible design, including color contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and alternative text for images.

• Lead technology and strategy engagements across multiple functional workstreams.
• Work on AAM/DMP, RT-CDP, offline data onboarding, analytics, and digital media campaigns.
• Understand client advertising platforms, technology architecture, business models, and digital marketing strategies.
• Gather and document business requirements, KPIs, functional requirements, and technical requirements.
• Design customized solutions involving data, technology, partners, integrations, and analytics.
• Develop customized technical tagging and implementation strategies.
• Generate and modify technical code required for implementation and deployment.
• Work closely with client developers and third-party partners during implementation and integration.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective recommendations.
