Role / Purpose - Lead Developer - API and Microservices

Must have a strong hands-on development track record building integration utilizing a variety of integration products, tools, protocols, technologies, and patterns.

• Must have an in-depth understanding of SOA/EAI/ESB concepts, SOA Governance, Event-Driven Architecture, message-based architectures, file sharing, and exchange platforms, data virtualization and caching strategies, J2EE design patterns, frameworks
• Should possess experience with at least one of middleware technologies (Application Servers, BPMS, BRMS, ESB & Message Brokers), Programming languages (e.g. Java/J2EE, JavaScript, COBOL, C), Operating Systems (e.g. Windows, Linux, MVS), and Databases (DB2, MySQL, No SQL Databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, Hadoop, etc.)
• Must have experience implementing API Service architectures (SOAP, REST) using any of the market-leading API Management tools such as Apigee and frameworks such as Spring Boot for Microservices
• Should have Advanced skills in implementing API Service architectures (SOAP, REST) using any of the market-leading API Management tools such as Apigee or similar frameworks such as Spring Boot for Microservices 
• Appetite to manage large-scale projects and multiple tracks
•  Experience and knowhow of the e-commerce domain and retail experience are preferred
•  Good communication & people managerial skills

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related disciplines.
Familiarity with the Lightning component framework.
Expert-level knowledge on APEX, VisualForce, Native, MySQL, and JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, JavaScript, CSS2 & CSS3, HTML5 &  jQuery.
Demonstrated experience working with relational databases, and ETL tools.
Strong integration skills with ERP, Billing, communication and collaboration tools.
Proficient in Version Control Software such as Github & Bitbucket.
Independently develop new user-facing features from designs and wireframes.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Passion for creating & delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership. 

Salesforce certifications (Integration Architecture Designer) is a plus.
Experience with MuleSoft, Pentaho, Informatica or any other integration platform is a plus.
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
Knowledge of the AWS platform and scalable application architecture.
Experience with CI/CD - Build & Release process. Agile/ Scrum based development.

Collaborate with multiple teams & resources to translate business needs to product.
Create user documentation for all the code built.
Configure and customize client’s salesforce.com platform.
Create documentation such as requirements, test cases, and test scripts.
Diligently work on resolving reported issues and document root-cause analysis.
Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of devices & browsers.
Work closely with business owners, designers & backend developers to build a fantastic User Experience (UX) with solid User Interfaces (UI).

Experience of using .NET framework.
