REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong experience in Backend Engineering, Microservices, and Distributed Systems
• Deep hands-on expertise in Java and Node.js development 
• Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services 
• Strong understanding of OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software Design Principles 
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases 
• Experience with system design, scalability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization
• Experience with Redis, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, microservices, and APIs
• Build high-performance RESTful and event-driven applications
• Own system design, data models, integrations, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver business solutions
• Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Java SE/EE.

- Implement, test, and deploy microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and related technologies.

- Develop efficient and scalable solutions by writing clean, maintainable, and optimized code.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Write and execute unit tests using JUnit to ensure code quality and functionality.

- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.

- Stay up to date with the latest Java technologies and development best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Years of experience in Java development (Java SE/EE, Spring, Hibernate).

- Strong experience with JUnit and test-driven development (TDD).

- Proficient in building microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.

- Experience with version control tools like Git.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
