Role Overview:
We're looking for a Principal Software Architect who’s passionate about AI/ML and product innovation. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and building smart, AI-driven solutions that tackle complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Architect & Design: Architect, design, and develop large-scale distributed cloud services and solutions with a focus on AI/ML, high availability, scalability, and robustness. Design scalable and efficient solutions, considering factors such as performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- AI/ML Integration: Spearhead the application of AI/ML in solving business problems at scale. Stay at the forefront of AI/ML technologies, trends, and industry standards to provide cutting-edge solutions
- Product Roadmap : Work closely with Product Management to set the technical product roadmap, definition, and direction. Analyze the current technology landscape and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate different programming languages and frameworks to determine the most suitable ones for project requirements
- Component Design: Develop and oversee the creation of modular software components that can be reused and adapted across different projects.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to craft intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences.
- Project Oversight: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, creating project plans, defining objectives, and managing resources effectively
- Team Mentorship: Guide and inspire a team of engineers and designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Innovation & Ideation: Champion the generation of new ideas for product features, staying ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
- Research & Development: Leading initiatives that explore new technologies or methodologies.
- Strategic Planning: Participating in high-level decisions that shape the direction of products and services.

Position: Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in inside sales representative role (ISR), preferably in the IT Sales, IT Services Sales and would be an advantage if related to financial services (FinTech) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and qualify prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through proactive communication.
- Understand the needs and pain points of clients and effectively communicate how Zybisys products and services can address their requirements.
- Collaborate with the Field sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update client information, and generate reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing clients based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding product features, pricing, and technical specifications.

Requirements:

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Openstack Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong hands on experience in Openstack solution design, deployment, and administration. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Zybisys private cloud as per the business requirements across all our datacenters.
Technical Skills :
- Active OpenStack contributors to the open-source communities will be highly recommended.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing production-ready multi-region OpenStack cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability across multiple datacenters.
- Strong experience in Kubernetes base Openstack Deploy, Configure, and Management of OpenStack Keystone, Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance and other services.
- Hands-on experience in deploy production-ready CEPH storage clusters and provision for Block Storage, File Storage and Object Storage.
- Good working experience in Ansible, and Terraform tools to automate regular tasks and eliminate human dependency.
- Extensive experience in setting up and managing performance monitoring systems for OpenStack & CEPH environments using tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, Zabbix, and OpenTelemetry.
- Perform regular upgrades and patch management for OpenStack platform to ensure stability and reliability.
- Good understanding of implementing security measures and best practices to protect customer infrastructure and workloads.
- Hands-on experience in handling production troubleshooting, incident management and customer escalations.
Knowledge :
- Good knowledge in IPv4, IPv6, VLAN, VXLAN, Bridging, routing, IP Tables, DNS, DHCP.
- Good understanding of Openstack load balancer, OpenvSwitch, NFV, SDN, VPN, GRE and Edge networks.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and knowledge in using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket for CI/CD deployment.
