About the Role


Zoconut is looking to hire an HR Generalist for our team who can implement various Human Resource programs. If you have a passion for HR and are familiar with labour laws, this is the place to be. 


As an HR Generalist, you’ll undertake a wide range of tasks such as employee onboarding, administering employee benefits and leaves, processing payroll and crafting HR policies. 


Your primary responsibility would be to ensure that the HR operations are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organisation.

About The Role

We are looking for a talented iOS Developer to join our Product team, someone who possesses passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits. As our iOS Developer, you will help to accelerate the growth of our mobile app in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

About the Role


Zoconut is looking to hire an Inside Sales Executive to close new sales. In this role, your goal is to help Diet & Nutrition Businesses understand how to improve their consultation practice using Zoconut. You will be handed marketing qualified leads that are generated through various inbound & outbound channels, and you will be responsible for handling that relationship until they sign a contract. Once they sign a contract, customer success will take over and help them succeed.



Compensation


  1. Total CTC: Rs. 6 lakhs per annum (on-target earnings).
  2. Base/fixed pay: Rs. 4.2 lakhs per annum.
  3. On-target variable: Rs. 1.8 lakhs per annum (paid quarterly on successful achievement of targets).
  4. Commissions: 3% of every sale. Calculated on cash-in basis. (This is paid over and above the CTC of 6 LPA effectively allowing you to earn much more than your CTC).
  5. Accelerated Commissions: 5% of every sale exceeding your monthly or quarterly quota.

What will you do?
 

  1. KPIs - Number of new deals closed, $ revenue added, an opportunity to close-won conversion rate.
  2. Handle qualification calls for new marketing qualified leads - Identify if the prospect’s BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, & Timing) are in line with our expectations. It’s critical to empathise with the prospect and make sure their goals are aligned with our service.
  3. Handle product demos for sales-qualified leads - Show them how Zoconut can solve their challenges and achieve their goals. You’ll also present pricing, according to their requirements.
  4. Handle all further conversations from product questions to contract negotiations after an opportunity is created to eventually close the deal and hand it over to the customer success team.

About the Role

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Django Developer to join our team. An ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for building and creating an impact. DrVaidya’s is a ~2 year old New Age Ayurvedic products company, which endeavours to bring our rich, traditional Indian science of Ayurveda to today’s modern consumer- both in India and Worldwide. Founded by the Vaidya family, who has over 150 years of Ayurvedic heritage, our formulations have been passed from generation to generation, treating thousands of patients in the process. 
 
 
Our brand sees Ayurveda in a disruptive manner and has launched more than 35 products including LIVitup (Hangover Shield), HERBOfit (Goodness of Chyawanprash in a Capsule) and Chakaash (Goodness of Chyawanprash in a toffee) and sell through online (owned channel and third party) as well as >500 offline stores. 
 
With our effective products and innovative approach, we hope to make Ayurveda appealing and accessible to 21st century consumers worldwide and have already started work in the US, UK and China.
