About the Role
Zoconut is looking to hire an HR Generalist for our team who can implement various Human Resource programs. If you have a passion for HR and are familiar with labour laws, this is the place to be.
As an HR Generalist, you’ll undertake a wide range of tasks such as employee onboarding, administering employee benefits and leaves, processing payroll and crafting HR policies.
Your primary responsibility would be to ensure that the HR operations are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organisation.
Work Location
This role is based out of our beautiful Delhi office. Most of your teammates will be in Delhi but some are also spread across India.
Work Timings
You are expected to work from Mon to Sat - 10AM to 7PM IST.
What will you do?
- Assist in Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes by rolling out the offer letters, performing background checks, executing employee contracts.
- Maintain employee files and records and conduct employee onboarding.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.

About The Role
We are looking for a talented iOS Developer to join our Product team, someone who possesses passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits. As our iOS Developer, you will help to accelerate the growth of our mobile app in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

About the Role
Zoconut is looking to hire an Inside Sales Executive to close new sales. In this role, your goal is to help Diet & Nutrition Businesses understand how to improve their consultation practice using Zoconut. You will be handed marketing qualified leads that are generated through various inbound & outbound channels, and you will be responsible for handling that relationship until they sign a contract. Once they sign a contract, customer success will take over and help them succeed.
Compensation
- Total CTC: Rs. 6 lakhs per annum (on-target earnings).
- Base/fixed pay: Rs. 4.2 lakhs per annum.
- On-target variable: Rs. 1.8 lakhs per annum (paid quarterly on successful achievement of targets).
- Commissions: 3% of every sale. Calculated on cash-in basis. (This is paid over and above the CTC of 6 LPA effectively allowing you to earn much more than your CTC).
- Accelerated Commissions: 5% of every sale exceeding your monthly or quarterly quota.
Work Location
This role is based out of our beautiful Delhi office. Most of your teammates will be in Delhi but some are also spread across India.
What will you do?
- KPIs - Number of new deals closed, $ revenue added, an opportunity to close-won conversion rate.
- Handle qualification calls for new marketing qualified leads - Identify if the prospect’s BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, & Timing) are in line with our expectations. It’s critical to empathise with the prospect and make sure their goals are aligned with our service.
- Handle product demos for sales-qualified leads - Show them how Zoconut can solve their challenges and achieve their goals. You’ll also present pricing, according to their requirements.
- Handle all further conversations from product questions to contract negotiations after an opportunity is created to eventually close the deal and hand it over to the customer success team.
- Nurture all the marketing qualified leads in your pipeline with high-quality follow-ups.
- You will be supported by the rest of the team whenever you need assistance. Eg: if there are deep technical questions, an engineer can join the call with you. If there are questions about the product roadmap, a product manager will join the call. If you need help with negotiating a contract, the CEO will join the call with you.
- Identify insights and pain points from conversations with prospects, and contribute to the product roadmap by providing active feedback to the product team.

What will a typical quarter look like?
- By the beginning of the quarter we’ll come up with the targets for the quarter, in terms of the number of new deals closed, and $ revenue added.
- Based on the targets, you will prioritise the right leads to maximise your pipeline and close more revenue.
- You will participate in weekly deal reviews along with the CEO to discuss and get tactical advice to drive closure.
- In the last two weeks of the quarter, we’ll start working on goals for the next quarter.
What will make you successful in this role?
- First and foremost, you need to be good at building rapport with prospects. Relationship building is very critical to being successful as a salesperson in this market. They need to first trust you before buying anything from you.
- You need to get really good at solution selling. Our product is not a commodity with simple features. You need to be able to connect the customer’s needs, don the consultant’s hat, and provide the right solution to them. That’s half the sale. You need to develop a good enough understanding of the product and the market to be effective at this.
- You need to be resilient, be ready to face rejections, and still keep going. Without an intrinsic motivation to perform well and constantly improve, this is a hard job. It will take time to succeed.
- You need to be disciplined and good at multitasking. When you have many leads in your pipeline at any time, prioritisation & context switching become critical skills. Otherwise, it’s easy to get overwhelmed.

About the Role
Zoconut is looking to hire a Customer Support Executive who will work directly with our clients to help them use and understand the product, and resolve their queries and concerns. Our product provides a lot of features and this team holds the responsibility of making the customer understand how to use them for the best of their needs.
In this role, you are expected to be extremely empathetic, accurately understand customer problems, and build deep product knowledge to effectively resolve them. This role would require you to interact with Product and Customer Success teams. You are expected to be both proactive (anticipating what can be asked and providing suggestions) and reactive (answering what the customer has asked for) in your approach when responding to the customer.
We are looking for individuals who are self-driven, precise communicators, and well prepared to thrive in a fast-growing company.
Compensation
Total CTC: 3 - 4 lakhs per annum.

What will you do?
- Take complete ownership of the client’s issue, researching, reproducing, troubleshooting, and resolving concerns/issues raised by our clients via in-app chat or email.
- Have a deep understanding of the product to provide optimal resolutions to the customer.
- Analyse the technical issues reported by the customer and collaborate with the engineers to provide a resolution.
- Understand the clients and their needs and come up with a training plan for them.
- Actively track the customer experience during training and the usage of the product to further tweak the training plans.
- Proactively identify the areas of Product to be improved for better adoption, collaborate with the product team to suggest finer workflows or changes within the product that enhances customer experience with using the product.
- Resolving complex issues/queries for customers and implementing resolutions within set KPIs and SLAs.
- Checking in and following up with the customer regularly until the issue is resolved.
- Assisting Customer Success Manager with any customer requirements, queries or issues in order to improve the customer experience.
- Updating help articles based on any changes or improvements made to the product.
- Writing new help articles for the new features added to the product.
- Participating in the onboarding process for new team members by helping them understand our product and how the Customer Support team provides value to the customer.

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Django Developer to join our team. An ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for building and creating an impact. He/She will work for a highly passionate and diverse team to solve all kinds of problems to scale the tech for the company’s growth, solutions that help our clients move even further!
Work Location

What will you do?
- Will be responsible for managing, developing & maintaining the back-end for our SaaS product.
- Work closely with business and product owners to create dynamic infographics with intuitive user controls.
- Participate in UAT, and diagnose & troubleshoot, bugs and application integration issues.
- Create and maintain documentation related to the developed processes and applications.
- Collaborate with CTO and CPO on the architecture and development of new product features.
What do we want?
1. Demonstrable experience designing, building and working on enterprise web applications.
2. Ideally, this would include the following:
- Expert-level proficiency with Python (3.4+), Django (2.1+).
- Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5 & CSS.
- Familiarity with common databases (RDBMS such as MySQL & NoSQL such as MongoDB) and data warehousing concepts (OLAP, OLTP).
- Understanding of REST concepts and building/interacting with REST APIs.
3. Deep understanding of core backend concepts:
- Develop functional databases, applications, and servers to support websites on the back end.
- Performance optimization and multithreading concepts.
- Develop and design RESTful services and APIs.
- Experience with deploying and maintaining high traffic infrastructure (performance testing is a plus).

SpindleX for stress X-Rays of spine takes automation a step further by generating a one click automated reporting for all XR cases. These reports quantify all abnormalities and features of injury or early degeneration such as spinal instability, abnormal intersegmental motion etc. Illustrative graphs and tables comparing extent of injury against standards are automatically included in the report making it easier to generate qualitative reports with visual evidence.
Crescent segregates normal, abnormal and bad quality captures in chest X-rays. It identifies bad quality scans that need re-capture and for good scans it localizes and characterizes common lesions & abnormalities. With Crescent, standard, pre-filled reports are generated for normal radiographs and critical studies are prioritized in the worklist.
