- 2+yrs of experience in Node.js with API framework such as Sails & Express.js - Needs to be familiar with Mongodb, Cassandra or any other NoSql database. - Experience with message queue like rabbitmq etc will be add on.
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK - Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services - Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices - Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning - Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscope and accelerometer is a plus - Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks - Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications - A knack for benchmarking and optimisation - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git - Familiarity with continuous integration - 3+ years of software engineering experience - BE/B.tech Computer Science or any other related technical field (or equivalent work experience)
Roles & Responsibilities: - Tie-up with schools/colleges/academies/workplaces, etc. to create a pool of talent for the app - Maintain relations with the talent of the app – ensure that they are engaged & active - Plan, organize & execute creator meets & other events in the city - Identify local events & associations for sponsorships & tie-ups - Conduct college activities & events to create a buzz in the city - Plan marketing campaigns (hoardings/radio/print, etc.) in association with the national marketing team - Enrol team of interns, whenever required, and manage their tasks - Responsible for everything required to for creating a buzz for the app in the city - Rope in brands/companies for sponsorships/advertising on our app or for events organized by Talent Dekho (sales function) Desired skills & qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in sales/marketing role - Graduation is a must - Event management background is a big plus - Energetic & results driven - Self-starter & should be able to work on their own - Ability to remain flexible as the start-up ecosystem demands it
