SmileBots

Babblebots AI is re-crafting how hiring happens in India and the world; We pioneered AI Recruiter / Agents in India before they were cool, and have deployed 10,000+ agents in production. Our AI agents source, screen and interview candidates 24×7 - helping founders and talent leaders hire 10x faster.

Most teams are trying to hire AI talent with tools built for a pre-AI world.

Today:

1,000+ founders, recruiters and CHROs trust Babblebots.

200,000+ candidates have interviewed with our AI recruiters – creating millions of minutes of structured, high-fidelity conversational AI data.

These teams are compounding an advantage in a market where signal matters more than credentials.

The best AI talent isn’t waiting on job boards.

And every month of slow hiring quietly increases talent debt and stalls product velocity.

That’s why we built Babblebots AI, a unified hiring system for AI-first teams that want speed without losing evaluation quality.

Babblebots uses state-of-the-art LLMs, voice-AI, video intelligence and our proprietary models to evaluate skills, communication and soft skills across 1,000+ roles.

Structured signals replace resume-level noise and gut feel.
