ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for early members of our India team. You will be part of the team that establishes our India product development team. We are looking for candidates who have high potential, are excited about tackling the climate change problem and are excited to grow in a high-growth environment while working with the Singapore HQ.
A junior/mid-level React developer. Must be comfortable to work in a small development team and have the initiative to work alone on smaller problem sets.
- Build frontend features using React & typescript
- Collaborate with the backend team on API requirements and contracts
- Analyse processes and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas of improvement.
- Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new technologies, and better assist other team members.
- Take lead on projects, as needed.
ABOUT YOU

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for early members of our India team. You will be part of the team that establishes our India product development team. A junior/mid-level backend software engineer. Must be comfortable to work in a small development team and have the initiative to work alone on smaller problem sets. Must be passionate about climate-tech for a better future.
- Build backend server applications using Flask/DJango framework
- Collaborate with the data team to integrate data pipelines into our backend system.
- Collaborate with the front end team.
- Analyze processes and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas of improvement.
- Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.

Color Neon is a French brand that designs and manufactures custom LED neon signs. A customer sends us their text, logo or artwork and we turn it into a made-to-measure sign: they choose the font, colour and size, preview it in 3D, and see it on their own wall before they order.
We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
