StepChange is focused on developing a state-of-the-art ESG tools for businesses, with the goal of empowering these companies with a suite of sophisticated solutions aimed at measuring, managing and reporting their ESG performance across a comprehensive set of metrics. 

There is an increasing demand from regulators, investors, and consumers for companies to become environmentally sustainable and socially responsible. StepChange helps you implement a rigorous ESG programme to meet these demands.

We are an early-stage, global, VC-funded startup based in the US and India. The founders are MIT and IITB alumni with past experience at McKinsey, Ola, Accel and multiple social enterprises. 

We believe that equipping companies with the specialised tools they need to achieve their ESG goals will play a vital role in enabling the transition to a more sustainable global economy, tackling some of the whole world's most pressing problems along the way.
