Job Title: SAP Consultant / Sr. Consultant - Basis

Location: Baner, Pune (WFO)

Experience: 6+ years

Must Have: Implementation and Support project exp

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SAP Basis/ALM solutions
• Provide technical expertise in a customer-facing role
• Analyze complex requirements and provide system solutions
• Design, customize, configure, and test SAP systems
• Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and the technical team
• Perform performance monitoring, tuning, and problem resolution
• Assist in SAP upgrades, system refresh, and system copy activities
• Manage SAP parameter changes, operation modes, and logon groups
• Administer SAP databases (HANA, MSSQL, DB2, Oracle)
• Handle incident, problem, and change management processes
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as needed
• Mentor junior team members and document processes and solutions

Required Knowledge/Skills:

• 6-8 years of experience as a Basis consultant handling ECC/S4HANA on Linux and Windows
• Experience with mid-sized SAP upgrades and system refresh/copy
• Knowledge of AS JAVA Stack and SAP Fiori
• HANA installation and administration experience
• Proficiency in add-on and support pack application and troubleshooting
• TMS administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
• SAP role-based authorization knowledge
• Spool administration and troubleshooting printer issues
• Ability to work in shifts and handle high-priority issues
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes

Qualifications:

• Degree or similar qualification
• SAP certification preferred

Job Description-

Responsibilities:

- Create blueprints for application deployment, build Terraform modules for infrastructure provisioning, and enhance security with automation tools like Harness and Flux.

- Work with cutting-edge CI/CD tooling and orchestrate deployment using AWS, Azure, Docker Swarm, and Kubernetes.

-Architect and deploy CI/CD platforms to facilitate rapid development and deployment cycles.

- Design and implement Kubernetes environments, API Gateways, and self-service portals.

- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and services for improved CI/CD processes.

- Educate and lead a team of DevOps engineers in best practices and operational excellence.

- Employ SonarCloud for continuous code quality checks and JMeter for application performance testing.

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience with architecting and deploying applications on AWS or Microsoft Azure.

- Proficiency with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or Harness.

- Hands-on experience with container orch
