Position Overview
As a Senior UI/UX Designer at StanceBeam, you will lead the design vision for our cricket-inspired digital experiences across multiple exciting platforms. This diverse role spans from crafting intuitive mobile applications and responsive websites to designing immersive large screen display graphics, 3D motion graphics, and professional broadcast graphics. Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership & Strategy
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to final implementation across diverse digital platforms
- Develop and maintain design systems and brand guidelines for mobile apps, websites, broadcast graphics, and large displays
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define user experience strategies
Present design concepts and rationale to clients and senior leadership User Experience & Research
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes based on research insights

Multi-Platform Visual Design & Execution
