• Pricing & account determination

Experience in S/4HANA (preferred)

5 8 years of hands-on working experience in managing BAU operations with at least 2 full lifecycle projects on end-to-end Coupa implementation 2 3 years of hands-on working experience on at least 1 full lifecycle projects on end-to end Coupa Risk Assess CRA implementationsupport Leading a team that provides day-to-day functional and technical support for Coupa and CRA users resolving incidents and service requests Administer and maintain Coupa configurations including approval workflows user roles and permissions Configure Coupa to meet specific business needs and when necessary oversee the development of custom requirements change requests Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs ensuring successful data synchronization for POs invoices suppliers and payments Collaborate with IT ERP and middleware teams to resolve integration or data flow issues between Coupa and SAP Manage and support Coupa P2P operations requisitions purchase orders receipts invoices supplier enablement and catalogs Coordinate with Coupa Support for escalation and resolution of platform issues Create and maintain support documentation process flows and configuration logs Participate in system upgrades new feature deployment and regression testing Identify recurring issues and recommend process or configuration improvements

Mandatory Requirements:

• Salesforce Platform Builder I Certification (Mandatory)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong coding skills in Apex and related technologies
• Experience working in B2B Salesforce environments
