Role Description:
As a Product Manager at PensionBox, you will be a driving force behind our retirement benefits platform. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and execute the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify user needs, pain points, and emerging trends in the pension industry.
- Requirements Gathering: Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and industry experts.
- Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into detailed product specifications and wireframes.
- Project Management: Oversee the development process using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Product Launch: Manage product launches, including marketing and sales enablement, user onboarding, and performance tracking.
- Data Analysis: Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product iterations.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitor offerings and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in product management or a related field.
- Financial Technology: Knowledge of financial technology and wealth planning, financial planning, retirement products concepts.
- Product Management: Excellent Product management skills, with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to interpret market trends and customer behaviour.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
