MyAgency

Meyrahkee is a Talent Advisory Firm focused on helping startups with Talent Solutions that are effective and workable. We are a "boutique search firm" with a focus on engaging and working closely with "high growth startups". Our approach is to partner with VC-funded growth startups to understand the business and its growth trajectory. Based on the same we help with the most viable talent acquisition solutions.

We started operations in March 2019 and over the last 4+ years have worked with 175+ startups with whom we have closed 150+ roles (leadership and lateral) across technology/engineering, sales, customer success, product, design, finance, marketing, strategy/founders' office and HR.

We engage with growth startups to build the talent acquisition practice and help scale the teams post Series A to Series B Stage. Also, help them identify leaders for key senior roles.

Our focus is to work with early-stage companies and VC-funded startups.

The team at Meyrahkee has collectively worked with over 100 plus start-ups over the last five years. We pride ourselves in the knowledge that we have built in the talent space within the start-up ecosystem. Our focus and expertise lie in collaborating with the technology-enabled technology ventures growing at a fast pace and looking at scaling their operations.
