We are a healthcare technology venture disrupting the psychological wellness/mental health provision. We are based out of Mumbai and have been founded by psychiatrists who have been at the forefront of mental healthcare in India and abroad. We are looking for a talented UX designer who can come in and play a strategic role in shaping the user experience of our core offering - the InnerHour App.The InnerHour App is a mobile application that is designed by a team of domain and product experts to help individuals lead happier and healthier lives through the use of this self-help offering. Through the app, individuals can learn skills to combat various difficulties, including depression, anxiety, stress, and many more.The Team:The founders have nearly 30 years of experience in the psychological wellness space. They also have significant expertise in building and running large scale healthcare businesses and delivering healthcare online. . Along with a team of domain experts, the founders have been translating their learnings into a scalable platform so as to create positive impact on a large number of people.The Venture:The InnerHour platform delivers psychological wellness and expertise to people using a range of modalities - all enabled by technology. We are passionate about changing the lives of millions of people who will benefit from psychological support in all aspects of their lives.Responsibilities:Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and any new featuresTranslate concepts into simple user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiencesUse latest guidelines and established practises in product design, functional design and usability factors.Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product managers, developers, and Tech Leads.Develop personas and manage user testing.Experience And Skills Needed:1-3 years experience in a similar role as a UX Designer for mobile and web appsUnderstanding of UX design best practices to design solutionsA solid grasp of user-centric design, usability and accessibility concerns, alongside comfort in planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and heuristic analysis. Proven expertise in turning complex business problems into simple and engaging products for the iOS and AndroidExpertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Omnigraffle, Invision or similar design and prototyping toolsThe role is full-time and based in Mumbai.
